I had an incredible experience at MedVet, and I can’t thank the team enough. From the moment I walked in, Stacey at the front desk went above and beyond. I was extremely anxious, and she took the time to talk with me, calm me down, and show real compassion and understanding. That alone meant more than she probably knows. Dr. Patel was equally amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my dog in a way that I could truly understand. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Because of his care and clear communication, I now feel informed, confident, and empowered to move forward with the medical care my dog needs. The combination of kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I’m incredibly grateful to Stacey, Dr. Patel, and the entire MedVet team for the support they showed me and my dog. This was my 1st time going to MedVet. The facility is quite spacious and bright. They have various teas and coffee to drink while you wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Of the many doctors there the handsome Dr. Patel took care of my precious "Dorian Grey". I appreciate the time they spent with me explaining what was going to be done what they found and what I should be doing for Dorian when we got back home and follow up care with his regular veterinarian. I also liked going over my bill and what each thing was going to cost and how I could pay for them I highly recommend them. Thanks MedVet for all your help with Dorian Grey's care.

I wish there were more stars. I cannot tell you how grateful we are that we came to MedVet. They saved our dogs life, they saved our family from heart break. Wonderful. As I lay back bed at 2am after a frantic 1am visit, I am feeling so grateful and moved by Dr. Patel. He is beyond completely wonderful. I left finding myself tearing up from being moved by his energy and kindness. Even though my dog Jamie ended up being totally fine and I feel like a complete crazy person, he and the team there made us feel so cared for. I've never had to take my dog to an emergency vet before and was beside myself. I chose this location based off ratings even though it was further out for me. I'm so glad I did. There is a reason MetVet is so highly rated. Dr. Patel, I can't thank you enough and will pay your kindness forward tenfold.

Great experience. Dr Sam Ammons and team did a great job saving our shorthair pointer Millie in a complicated case. We feel the medicene at MedVet is a higher level than VEG where we originally took our dog. They have a criticalist that takes care to a higher level. Not sure our dog would have made it if we didn’t switch to MedVet. We are grateful and so is Millie!
