Deepest gratitude to Dr. Le Sueur & the Nephrology team (Melissa, Tracy, Erin, Tara) for your support, care and kindness during this very difficult journey of navigating care for Charlie who was diagnosed with CKD. I know without a doubt that because of Dr. Le Sueur along with his mentors & colleagues, Charlie would not have had the bounceback and quality of life he did. It was truly remarkable what was able to be accomplished through the guidance and dedication of the team. I cannot thank you all enough for giving me the extended time & memories with my beloved Charlie. Thank you for all you do.

After my cat was diagnosed with kidney stones, her Orange County-based vet told us to come here, and it is well worth the drive. Dr. Le Sueur is passionate about your pet's lab values, and in the case of my cat was able to interpret the data, advise treatment and meds, tweak her diet, and get her from stage 2 kidney disease to stage 1 kidney disease (which isn't something I thought was possible). The staff at Vet Med are helpful, kind, and they listen attentively. I left wishing we had this level of care for humans, and I'm grateful my cat got treatment here

On July 23, 2025, we brought my Shih Tzu Torrey here for DKA management, the hospital did not allow the owner to stay with the patient .VIsiting hours was limited to certain hours. Torrey ‘s DKA , ketones and gap were still out of range at the time she passed. Torrey was given Methadone for comfort. I was not sure how nurses training for vet here , Torrey ‘s DKA was not controlled. The hospital cared only was the money ! They took turns to call us to make sure we pay the bills! The Doctors were knowledgeable! But I don’t know how delay care from nurses! I remembered we got the call from the hospital to let us know Torrey had already passed . I will never bring my dogs here again unless they allow the owner to stay with the patient. My Torrey was frightening with hospital environment and Torrey passed alone by herself 😢🙏

This place is AMAZING. We had been once before when my boy fell out of bed and lost a nail, they were great that time but last night - omg - gold standard of care. My boy Bruce and I were attacked by an off-leash dog and they got us on the list to be seen immediately, pulled up our file without any prompting (phone number), and saw him so quick. He ultimately did not need treatment, just a few scrapes that looked worse before the shave, and they were SO FAIR and SO KIND. The attack was one of the worst things I've been through and the way they cared for us (I was more upset than Bruce)made it clear these are the type of people you want on your team when stuff like this happens. I already recommended them to everyone, but I will be singing their praises until the end of time.

Dr. Orvalho and the Ashley( vet tech) were great. Super informative and kind. They definitely helped put my anxious mind at ease! The news was a mixture of good and bad but I feel my dog was in good hands and well looked out for :)
