This was an astonishing experience. My puppy Sadie has very high social anxiety that we are working with. The doctor not only did her check up but coached us through her personality as we are new to dealing with high anxiety. She shared her personal experience which was warming and helpful. EVERY PERSON from the initial communication, front desk to the Doctor and Her assistant Hailey were FANTASTIC. It was such a personable experience, it was homey and felt like we were taken care of. It didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel brushed off, I felt comfortable and cared for. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anybody. Not only was the visit exceptional- it was truly beyond comparison. I think we've found our life-long family right here at Willow Pet Hospital. Not to mention- how cute it is to have the animals names written on the welcome sign!!! A big thanks

I cannot say enough great things about Willow Pet!!! I have a rescue lab/pit mix who has severe anxiety. She can be very unsure and aggressive at the vet. For four years, I have struggled to find a veterinarian who doesn’t treat her like she’s the problem. Until today!!! The office is clean and so welcoming. Dr. Lauren and all of the staff I spoke with, both the vet techs and the front desk team, were incredibly kind and understanding. Overall, they went well above my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the care Lily Bug received. I also want to note that they are very fairly priced! I am normally quoted close to $1,000 whenever she needs care, which is often, and my bank account is usually crying. Throughout her appointment, they consistently asked for my permission before running any specific tests, explained why the test was needed, and clearly communicated how much it was going to cost. That level of transparency meant so much to me. I could go on and on! Lily Bug and I are very happy. THANK YOU WILLOW PET, you're a life saver

We have looked hard for a Vet here in Charlotte. We have been to many and while we liked some of the doctors some have staff that ruined the whole experience. After my visit to Willow Pet Hospital, I can honestly say Dr McDonald has created a completely pleasant hospital careing for both the pet and owner. She cultivates a welcoming and compassionate environment in the staff. I look forward to future visits as we determine the treatment my little friend, Ace. I highly recommend both staff and doctor.

My puppy started having UTI issues at 3 months old. I decided to give Willow a try to get a second opinion. I am so grateful I did. The office is beautiful, clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff is awesome -- Dr. MacDonald, Sandy, and Hailey are incredible. Dr. MacDonald has gone above and beyond for us. When you speak to her, you can truly tell she LOVES being a veterinarian. She's super knowledgeable, understanding, and empathetic. There was nothing wrong with our previous vet by any means, but we found ourselves a new home here!!! A huge thanks to the Willow staff for taking amazing care of our girl, Ruby!

I decided to try out Willow because I felt my last vet didn’t really hear my concerns. First let me say the place is so nice and clean. The staff were all so friendly. I saw Dr. MacDonald and I couldn’t be happier. She was caring and really made sure I understood every option and plan of treatment for my pup Chowder. You can tell this is her passion and that makes me feel amazing. You’re definitely not just another appointment or number here. They also are extremely fair priced for the care you receive . I’ll be coming back to Willow from here on out. Chowder and I thank you !
