We just got a new puppy and have been taking him to Good Dog based on all the positive Google reviews so I figured we’d leave one too! We’ve loved taking our puppy Tate her as it is very warm and cozy and not cold and sterile feeling like the vet offices I remember taking our family dog to as a child. Their Puppy Wellness plan is 100% awesome and worth it and definitely recommend it. I’ve also loved how proactive they are in preventing, what seems like something small, from getting worse. So far we’ve only seen Dr. Savana Milberger and have absolutely loved her and trust her with our puppy! Adding a pic of our little guy totally relaxed as we hung out waiting for the Dr. to come back!

We had an urgent situation with my dog this Saturday and his primary vet was closed. I called Good Dog Smyrna and they squeezed us in the schedule. The front staff, vet techs and lead vet Dr Milberger were all compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. My senior pup was in pain and needed sedated for the exam. The procedure was quick and he was in excellent hands. I’m so thankful for the kind people in this office. The love they have for animals is exemplified in every interaction. I greatly appreciate the price transparency as well. I will be changing my pups primary vet to this office. Thank you Good Dog!!!! Love, Dewey and family

I’ve been bringing my 6 year old Golden Retriever and 15 year old mutt to Good Dog for a little over a year. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the technicians and vets including the front desk staff. Fair prices, great customer service, and they genuinely seem to care about my dogs care and not see me as a dollar sign compared to the other local vet I used previously. They even offer a yearly care plan which is really nice for my younger dog. 10/10 recommend and everyone should give them a shot.

I cannot recommend Good Dog enough, especially during the most difficult moments of pet ownership. I had to say goodbye to my dog, Max, on January 15th, and the entire staff was beyond wonderful. The compassion and kindness they showed us both made a devastating day a little easier to bear. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly respectful, giving us the space and support we needed to say goodbye. While I’m still deeply grieving, I find comfort knowing Max was in such caring hands at the end. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and, more importantly, your empathy.

I recently switched to Good Dog Veterinary because my puppy has been dealing with ongoing, unresolved GI issues. I let the staff know that he can be shy in new environments and around new people, and they were incredibly patient, allowing Louie to warm up at his own pace. By the end of the appointment, he loved everyone and was climbing into their laps. Dr. Reinstein already put together a plan to address his GI issues, focusing on what works and what doesn’t. I’m extremely pleased with how my concerns were addressed and with the clear plan of action, while keeping in mind overall cost. I truly feel like they’re looking out for my puppy and want to find a long term solution for both Louie & I!
