I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and care we received at Arista Advanced Pet Care during one of the hardest moments of my life. This is the emergency hospital I brought my 13-year-old Yorkie, Kali, to after she suffered a stroke on Christmas evening. From the moment we arrived, the doctors and staff were kind, patient, and communicative. They kept me informed every step of the way as we tried to get her back to health. Unfortunately, Kali was dealing with multiple serious health issues—she stopped eating and was diagnosed with a heart murmur, along with liver, kidney, and gallbladder problems. She was truly a mixed bag of medical challenges, and it became clear that she would not have the quality of life she deserved. Lauren was beyond kind and had the most incredible bedside manner as we faced the devastating decision to put Kali down. I know this is the hardest part of her job, yet she never wavered, never rushed us, and gave us all the time and space we needed to say goodbye. Her compassion meant more than I can put into words. Dr. Lind and Dr. Posey were also wonderful and deeply caring throughout this process. The staff and facility are amazing—the building is beautiful and calming, and the team truly treats you and your pet with dignity and empathy. Afterward, Lauren, Dr. Lind, and Dr. Posey sent a beautiful sympathy card that included a lock of Kali’s hair and her paw and nose prints. Receiving that was incredibly emotional, and I cried a lot—but it was one of the most thoughtful, caring gestures I have ever experienced from a veterinary hospital. I know where Arista is, and if I ever find myself in need of emergency pet care again, I would absolutely return. I cannot thank Lauren and the entire team enough for their kindness when it mattered most. 💙🐾

Losing our dog, Puff, has been absolutely heartbreaking, and the outcome was not what we hoped for. Still, I cannot say enough about Dr. Nasr and her incredible team. Over our many trips, Puff never hesitated to walk through the doors of Arista, which spoke volumes about the trust and care he felt there. From the very beginning, Dr. Nasr was kind, thorough, and deeply invested in Puff’s care. She spent so much time talking with us, explaining options, and making sure we felt supported. We never once felt like just a number. Puff’s situation was somewhat unique and complex, which meant treatment options were limited, but Dr. Nasr made sure we understood every possibility and felt guided every step of the way. During one of the hardest experiences of our lives, the compassion and dedication shown to both Puff and our family meant everything to us. While medicine doesn’t always have answers, I truly believe Puff was cared for with genuine love and respect. We are so grateful, and we would absolutely return if ever needed.

I brought my dog Dub in this morning after he developed pretty significant swelling around his nose and started bleeding from it, which was really concerning. The team got him in quickly and took great care of him while figuring out what was going on. We were worried it might be something serious like a nasal mass, but after a thorough exam they determined it was actually a fistula from his gum line into his nasal cavity. Dr. Camp and my vet tech Lauren were both amazing. So kind, attentive, and reassuring through the whole process. They took the time to explain everything and made a really stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they gave Dub. Highly recommend them if you ever need emergency care for your pet.

This review is long overdue but I’d love to thank Arista for their incredible care, patience, and kindness. In September my world was flipped upside down when my 2 yr old cat had a very sudden situation that quickly turned into an emergency. What was thought to be a uti by my regular vet unfortunately turned out to be a ruptured intestine resulting in sepsis. Recovery for him was longer than expected. What was supposed to be around a 5 day hospital stay turned into two weeks, and that was truly just the start of his recovery journey that he’s still on. Nonetheless, throughout the hardest time in my life it’s hard to put into words what’s it’s meant to have the team at Arista caring for my baby toast, one of my two sons. (Both cats haha) The peace of mind it brought me knowing he had such an incredible team that genuinely cared for him and was so delicate, mindful, and kind with me is honestly priceless. Dr.Posey, Payton, Dr.Cordell, Lauren, Dr.Nasr, the entire internal medicine team, and every person who had a hand is caring for and loving on my little guy, thank you forever.❤️ For never giving up, for your extreme kindness, gentleness, for all your hard work in finding a diagnosis and getting him to where he is today which for awhile I didn’t even think could be possible. Thank you for another holiday season with my little guy, the everyday I get to enjoy with him, and now a new year! I will never have enough words for what you all mean to me! To anyone even questioning about bringing your pet here, especially to my cat owners who may be worried about the treatment they’ll receive, don’t even hesitate. When my 13-year-old dog developed a mass near his hind area, I immediately sought out Dr. Lockwood. She had performed his bilateral TPLO surgery four years ago, and he recovered beautifully and has been thriving ever since. I was relieved and grateful to find Dr. Lockwood at Arista. Once again, she performed a successful surgery with no complications. Thanks to her exceptional care, my dog is back to his happy, energetic self. This facility is significantly better than the previous one where Dr. Lockwood practiced. Every member of the Arista team was kind, helpful, and compassionate—from the front desk through discharge. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. While I hope we do not need their services again, if the need ever arises, we would place our trust exclusively in Arista and Dr. Lockwood. Thank you for (again) saving my soul dog.
