VEG San Ramon truly saved our cat’s life. We arrived late at night with a severe urinary blockage that was life-threatening. The staff moved quickly and confidently, but what made the difference was the compassion shown at every level. The receptionist team handled paperwork and financial conversations with patience and professionalism while we were emotionally drained. That support mattered more than we can express. Dr. Caitlyn Wilson took immediate charge and explained everything clearly. She answered every question and treated our family with empathy and respect. She worked with our budget and ensured our cat received best care. Nurse Gina looked after our cat overnight and was exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Dr. Casa took over care the following day and continued the same high standard. She was thorough, attentive, and reassuring. The transition between doctors was seamless. We are beyond grateful! This team does not just treat emergencies. They care deeply. 5 stars is not enough to thank them for their work.

After making The drive from Modesto To VEG because our kitten Kiwi Ingested lily pollen. We were greeted by the friendliest staff and immediately brought to a room. We were immediately assessed The team kept us completely updated And explained everything to us! not only that but they treated kiwi where she was comfortable in the room and this especially showed they genuinely care for your babies! This team is genuinely one of the best teams in California. The love and effort they put into their care Is absolutely insane you can tell every single one of the staff Want to be there End it just makes you feel so welcome and safe. Even after the visit While we were checking out We were given financial support Through their resources which, without I don’t think we would’ve been able to afford to get Kiwi help. And all in all We are forever grateful For this clinic and there aren’t enough words, I can write For how much I would Recommend this vet to others who are in an emergency. Dr. Caitlyn Wilson is an ANGEL and we are so grateful to her and her team when we came in at 2 am and they were ready to save our kitty🩷

I can’t thank the staff and doctors at VEG San Ramon enough for being so helpful, compassionate and cooperative when it comes to treating my cat Motu. We had been to multiple hospitals before coming to VEG and were constantly treated like cash machines, with everybody trying to extract every cent we had. the staff at VEG were the first people to care about the animal first and foremost, and also be willing to work with us on the financial aspect. It really meant a lot to us, and it is comforting to think such a place exists in the community. My cat was treated really well and received good care that has finally gotten him back to a healthy state Alhamdullilah. Really appreciate everyone there, may Allah bless you. I also loved the open concept of the facility. Other clinics kind of just disappear with your pet but you can see everything at work at VEG, which was comforting for both us and our cat.

Absolutely hands down the best vet I have ever been to! I recently adopted a dog from the Stockton animal shelter and he needed his front leg amputated, I brought him in for his surgery and all of the girls were so extremely genuinely nice and kind. You can tell everyone loves animals and loves their job and wants to be there. I was crying my eyes out and they brought me tissues and comforted me every step of the way. When I went to pick him up he was already walking fine the next day, we are 1 week post op now and Paulie is doing great. I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone here helping him out making sure he was well taken care of, I don’t have kids yet so my dogs are like my kids and they mean more to me than anything. Gives me a great piece of mind knowing they treat all animals with kindness love and respect. I appreciate you all so much ❤️😭

My experience with VEG was the best service I have ever received for my pet. From the front desk, the nurses and the doctors were so friendly and informed. They worked with my cat Ginger when she needed an emergency surgery and even got a grant to pay for the surgery. I also love that I have called more than I should and they always answer any of my questions. I highly recommend VEG to anyone who will ask.
