I cannot say enough good things about Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine (VOSM). The level of care here is exceptional, and three people in particular made a lasting impression: Carrie, Danielle, and Dr. Hawkins. Carrie (reception) is truly the reason I chose this clinic. From my very first call, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She coordinated collecting records from multiple previous vet clinics, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful time. That level of support is rare. Every time we walk in, my dog is excited to see her—and that says everything. Carrie treats every client with genuine warmth and care, and it sets the tone for the entire clinic. Dr. Hawkins goes above and beyond in a way that’s hard to put into words. She performs my dog’s laser therapy, acupuncture, and underwater treadmill sessions—and when my dog was too anxious to do the treadmill alone, she literally got into the water with him to help him feel safe. That kind of dedication and compassion is extraordinary. Danielle is equally amazing. My dog bonded with her instantly, and it was incredible to see how much more confident and willing he became during sessions because of her presence. That kind of connection comes from genuine care. What stands out most about VOSM is that everyone is deeply invested in your pet’s wellbeing. My dog actually looks forward to going, which is something I never thought I’d say about a rehab clinic. It’s such a relief to know he feels safe, happy, and cared for. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with true compassion, this is it.

I had the most amazing experience having Dr. Leasure and his team treat and care for my 9-month old puppy. She had a broken hip and was only walking on 3 legs. Dr. Leasure did an FHO on her. Every single person we interacted with was caring, professional, and very skilled. While my puppy was there overnight after her surgery, I called at least 3 times to find out how she was doing. The staff knew every detail about my puppy and took great care in speaking with me. Dr. Leasure was incredibly compassionate. The entire team - Niko, Kelsey, Pam, Kelley, Carrie, Heather, and Makayla - made me feel that me and my puppy were their only priority. My puppy is fully healed and has 4 on the floor 100% of the time. Although the clinic was farther away and more expensive than other facilities/teams that I met with, I would never take my pets anywhere else. The clinic and team have my highest recommendation.

I realize I’m a bit late in posting this review. It’s been a tough month & a half without my boy. But I want to sincerely thank everyone here (especially Dr. Hawkins, Danielle, Heather, Makayla & Pam) for making Duke’s last few weeks more comfortable. You all tried so hard with him & I can’t appreciate that enough. When the realization struck that my time with him was coming to an end, you all comforted me. I took my dog Jax yesterday for a consult. He has been dealing with lameness in his back leg for a while and could not get answers from his regular vet. Dr. Leasure was absolutely amazing! He patiently and thoroughly explained his findings to us and gave us valuable recommendations. We were given the peace of mind we hadnt been able to get. All the staff is sweet and welcoming, from the moment I first called to schedule his appointment the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely a place I would trust with my fur babies!

I saw Dr. Majeski to evaluate what I was 100% convinced was a CCL tear. Dr. Majeski did a very thorough examination of my dog and his x-rays and brought something to the table my GP vet didn't find. She spent plenty of time explaining her thoughts to me and just as much time assuring me my dog does not need knee surgery...though if he does in the future, there is no question I will come back to Dr. Majeski. She is compassionate toward the humans and the dogs and has excellent bedside manner. Additionally, the team who took our history and helped with the exam was empathetic and very kind to my boy. Worth every penny.
