I can’t recommend Dr. Heidi at the Miami Beach Wellness Center for Pets enough! She cares for my three dogs with unmatched love and attention. After seeing many vets, Dr. Heidi’s exceptional care stands out. Julian at the front desk is just as wonderful. They even let me stay with my dog as she woke up from surgery, easing all my worries. From advanced treatments to genuine kindness, they go above and beyond. I’m deeply grateful for this amazing team!

So disappointed in the customer service of the female receptionist. I called about a month ago to get pricing about teeth cleaning for my dog as a new client. I originally talked to a man named Laurence who was wonderful, so nice, and very informative. After talking with my husband I called back to make an appointment but this time got a female receptionist who was terrible. She informed us the price was higher and said Laurence likely didn’t know what he was talking about. My husband and I decided to go with the higher price but when I called back for the 3rd time (on a Wednesday) she didn’t have any time slots available on the day we wanted (a Thursday), I asked if she could keep us in mind in their was a cancelation or otherwise we would make the next day (Friday) work where they did have availability. She said yes and said we would hear back from her by end of day either way to make an appointment for one of the two days. However, I never got a call back! On Friday morning I called for a 4th time around 9:30am and got the answering machine; I left my name, phone number, etc.. By noon I still hadn’t heard back so I called for now the 5th time and got the same female receptionist who said she was so busy but asked for my phone number (now my 3rd time giving my phone number) and said she would call back within the hour. A month later, I’m still waiting for her to call me back. My husband and I were fully ready to become new clients after growing tired of our current vet in South Beach, but this female receptionist is incapable of calling potential clients back even after taking my phone number twice + a voicemail. You all are losing business because of this woman and I hope you can either train her better or find a better employee. Once again Laurence was wonderful and wish he would have answered the phone on my 2nd - 5th calls.

Highly recommend Dr Foster! She has been great with my Shiba for routine care. Through and informative, and has always gone above and beyond to squeeze him in for urgent issues like eye infections. Looking forward to many healthy years together with our crazy dog.

I've been taking my cat to Dr. Heidi Foster for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care provided. The staff is always friendly and polite, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. Scheduling an appointment is relatively easy, but what really impressed me was how they accommodated me on short notice when my cat had a suspected UTI. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful vet close by. Highly recommend!

Amazing doctors and staff, they follow up do all tests and yell at you for not coming in any earlier 🤣. They call to make sure everything is working out with the meds and just awesome great vibes. They took my dogs and watched over them for a minute while I had to do a quick errand and even picked up a stool sample once they saw the dogs do it outside. I mean truly above and beyond. Look even my dogs wanna come back in whenever I walk them near.
