Had a great experience w my new rescue pup! Vet office is clean. Front desk staff kind and efficient. Vet techs professional and caring. Vet was knowledgeable and informative. Pup was well taken care of. Finished getting her vaccines, got a nail trim and thorough physical (and a few treats). Excited to have this local vet in the neighborhood!

Open all day Saturday and Sunday! Not just “boutique hours” that work for no one! Friendly, dedicated knowledgeable staff. Brought in our two essentially 100lb’rs on a Sunday morning to establish care and keep our guys on an healthy path. Dr. Diego and his team are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring. We recently moved with our 15.5-year-old dog, and having lived in multiple countries (including adopting our dog while in Taiwan), we've experienced a wide range of veterinary care over the years. Dr. Diego and his team truly stand out as the best we've encountered. From the moment we walked in, every staff member-from the front desk to the techs (Jasmine!) to Dr. Diego himself-treated us and our senior pup with genuine kindness and compassion. It's clear that everyone here truly loves animals and is committed to making both pets and their people feel comfortable and informed. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we understand our options and what to expect at every step. One thing I especially appreciate about Dr. Diego is his understanding of the financial realities of veterinary care. He always explains all available options without making patients feel pressured or judged, which is so refreshing and rare to find. I first interacted with Dr Diego and his team during an in-home visit when they helped me navigate my cat’s final moments of terminal heart failure. They provided my cat with compassion and dignity and treated me and my husband with empathy and patience. I was touched by their warmth and impressed by their knowledge and how deeply they had researched my cat’s very complicated medical records. More recently, I brought my other cat to Dr Diego for routine healthcare and had a very positive in-office experience as well. The staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and kind and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. The office is spotless and comfortable and it was a relatively low stress experience for my cat. The staff not only cares about animals but it’s clear they care about humans as well. The excellent customer service and thoughtful patient education makes me feel at ease and reassured that my cat is in great hands.

The best service ever. My cat was seen on Friday & had surgery on Monday & it has’nt even fazed her. Dr. Diego is so warm, loving & caring towards the animals. The whole staff is friendly. I can’t recommend him highly enough 😻!
