It was my first time there and they were amazing! My cat Garfield was well taken care of and was really calm. Dr. Nicole Lee was great and explain everything well, so was her helper she was very nice and explained how to give the medications well. Will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend

Sushi is a kitten I got on the side of the road just 3 days ago! I was urgent to see a vet as soon as possible, however all the Vets in Santa Rosa were fully booked weeks ahead ... I was able to book an appointment with Santa Rosa veterinary the very next day and they were able to see him first thing in the morning! I paid the 95$ exam deposit online so when I went in my exam was already paid for :) Sushi got a shot and a dewormer and I only had to pay 50$ in cash since the night before I paid for the deposit! Aside from the convenience I was also satisfied with their customer service! I came in 10 minutes late and they were still attentive and kind! I was seen by Dr. Nicole Lee and she was super friendly to both me and my kitten 😊 I will defiantly keep coming for Sushi's next visits!

The staff is great and they work with you to get the best treatment for your pets while giving you options to save money on products and services vs. just upselling their products. I can usually get an appointment for my dogs within a day or 2 and our vet is very friendly and knowledgeable and spent extra time giving me options for dog shampoo to help with my dogs skin irritation problems. We have to get Cytopoint shots for our Goldador 2 times/year and SRVH has good pricing on them compared to other local vets. We are very happy with our care from and the services offered at Santa Rosa Vet Hospital and recommend them to friends and family all the time!

Santa Rosa Veterinary Hospital was quick to squeeze us in when my cat had an injury. They were so kind and compassionate, very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and very fair in their pricing. Everyone was so friendly to both me and my kitty and even called the next day to check in on the healing process. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again!!!

This will be long but honest, I've had dogs , multiple, all my life. With that comes hand on knowledge. I adopted a dog that formed abcess on her microchip site. My old vet had retired and I needed a vet asap. Setting up a appointment and getting in fast, staff wonderfully friendly and efficient, absolutely. Not being judged for having a frank conversation with a vet who listened and gave no nonsense guidance and further recommendations on the breed. All around I feel incredibly lucky that I have found a vet who I can trust.
