We have gone to Best Friends for over 15 years and they have been wonderful. Dr. Heim and Dr. West are extraordinary vets. Kind , compassionate and a credit to the field. We have gone for monthly shots for the last 2 years and the vet tech’s have always been just wonderful with our blind little girl. We had to put down our beloved angel this weekend and Dr.West went out of his way to make it happen in the kindest way possible. I’m forever grateful for all of the kindness’s the staff has given us with our aging pups and willingness to work with us in navigating their care.

I showed up at this hospital in a panic. My dog was not doing well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a male and a female, and they very quickly asked me all the questions to get my dog in the back and looked at. They were very friendly very helpful. They did not make me feel bad about being so concerned about my fur baby. This place is really great.

I’ve never loved a vet for my cat until now. In fact, I thought I’d never find a vet I loved. This office is amazing. The front desk staff are so genuine, kind and helpful. The lobby is clean, modern and simple. The exam room was also well-kept and even included thoughtful little amenities. Krista was so sweet bringing us back to the room and offering a squeezy treat for Rupert to calm him down. And she was really gentle with him too. And then Dr. West. DR. WEST!! He took the time to have a conversation with me about all of the concerns I had. He offered ideas for solutions and possibilities of the outcomes. And he was honest about which course of treatment might be best for early stages. He genuinely cared about helping me and my cat. After the appointment I requested for him to be our permanent doctor. I’m so grateful I found Best Friends and Dr. West. I finally feel hopeful about my cat’s health for the long term 😌

Tofu, my 10 yo chihuahua/terrier with 8 teeth, went in for pain. He cried all morning but especially when touched. When examined the next day, there was no pain anywhere. We think he had pulled a muscle. All the vet's are gentle and caring. As well as the technicians. Nicest people you could ever meet. Upon leaving, Tofu became very happy. He jumped on the chair and down again. Idk. Be sure to give them gifts like candy. They deserve it and our business.

We had an appointment for a health certificate to travel and they are great at it. They made sure my pet was comfortable with the exam and took time to answer all of our questions! The facility is very clean and organized.
