I came to this location for my 3 month old puppy. The first visit seemed ok, but the last two visits were either an issue or very disturbing. The first visit, they informed me she had an ear infection that was seriously bad on both ears, and gave me medication for me to apply. I tried, but had difficult time applying the medicine. The second time I visited this Vet, doctor told me her ears were still infected, I told him that I had difficulty applying the medicine, and he responded with, we have medication for her that can help heal her ears for 1 month. At that time I thought to myself, “Why wasn’t I recommended that option the first time, especially knowing how severe the ear infection was”. That is not the worse part of this story. The vet SUPPOSEDLY APPLIED THE 1 month medication. I arrived the third time to this Vet location, upon arrival I was sent to this room. The room had a terrible smell, not only that I saw a bug crawling on the floor. When the Vet arrived they told me the ears are ok, but one of them has wax build up, so I assume the medication must be working. They clean her ears and pluck the hair. After her visit, my girlfriend checked one of her ears, she noticed yellow wound glue, which prevents bleeding, on a cut I was not told of. I was angry and disgusted by the unsanitary room I experienced and them not communicating about the damage they’ve done to my puppy’s ear. This was the last draw. I went somewhere else. Today I went to another Vet hospital, which was a little more expensive, but seemed more professional and organized. To my shocking discovery, the vet informed me BOTH her ears are still infected, and that the documents (Receipt) I provided them, did not show the 1 month ear infection medication. I was upset of the irresponsible performance while plucking the hair from my puppy’s ear, and the medicine that wasn’t applied to her ear. I felt I was lied to. I suggest to shape up as Vet hospital. I expect a hospital for animals with reviews like this to be worthy of my time & money.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in this case. Over the years I’ve had increasingly disappointing visits with my dog at this hospital. The front desk staff is often unwelcoming and slow to acknowledge clients. Many of the vets/techs roughly handle the animals and make no effort to help them feel comfortable. My dog is already anxious about vet visits, and this approach only heightens her stress. It’s also been close to impossible to reach the office at times for follow-up questions about my dog’s care or copies of her records. While I believe the diagnoses and prescriptions have been accurate, the overall lack of compassion and attentiveness has made it clear that customer and animal care are not priorities here. I recommend seeking a different veterinary hospital where pets are treated with more kindness and respect

I have been to this vet hospital/ office 3 times. The first visit my appt was with one of the owners he was awesome caring and charged me a fair price. Second time I was shuffled to another veterinarian and my experience was on the contrary a money grab. He frightened me into paying for a laundry list of products and services that we did not need. Ihave never had a vet take so much advantage of me. When I went back a third time in a emergency where my dog's face seemed a bit swollen I got the same guy again and he tried to work up my bill again and have me pay a $400 estimate which included a bunch of crap I didn't ask for or need. I ended up paying for the office visit and declining everything else he suggested because I was floored. Customers don't like feeling like they are being preyed on when it comes to health svcs. It's really gross way to be with customers. I suggest if you use this establishment make sure you have apt with one of the two owners only. unless you want to be charged a crazy amount for things svc you likely don't need. As I was checking out paying to basically have a office visit that was unproductive and a waste my time, another woman checking out was having the same problem but on a much larger scale than my own. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this vet. From the beginning, it felt like their priority was making money rather than genuinely helping my pet. They pushed tests that didn’t seem necessary, and at my follow-up visit, the doctor referred to a prescription that was supposedly included in my first appointment—yet I was never given it. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled for a later date, and when I showed up, they had no record of it. I ended up waiting nearly an hour just to be seen. The staff also didn’t come across as very friendly or welcoming, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and genuine care made the whole experience incredibly disappointing. I didn’t feel like my pet’s well-being was their priority, and I won’t be returning
