My cat was sick and running a fever all weekend. It was clear he need a vet so when I saw PetFolk was open on a Sunday I was relieved. Then I easily booked an appointment for him on their website and was able to get in first thing. From the second we walked in we were immediately greeted with kindness and empathy. I love that they do everything in one room. They do not take your pet away from you. Michele was amazing! She listened and asked many questions to figure out what’s going on with my cat. When the Dr came in he got on his hands and knees to check out my cat. I immediately loved that! He was also incredible! Very explanatory. Took his time to go over everything! I highly recommend PetFolk!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ll start by saying that I live on the complete opposite side of town, over 30 minutes away, and under normal circumstances, I never would have chosen this clinic simply due to the distance. However, when our 10-week-old puppy broke his wrist, we needed an emergency vet who could see him quickly, and that’s how we found Petfolk. Fast forward to seeing them every week for 4 weeks, and I truly cannot put into words how much this place means to us. We absolutely love them. After our very first visit, my husband’s immediate reaction upon walking out was, “WOW. You can tell the vet and nurses truly love what they do. They were made for this.” We were completely in awe of the level of care, compassion, and attentiveness we received. They make you feel like you’re the only ones in the building. They take all the time you need to answer questions and ensure you feel supported, something I’ve honestly never experienced before (even for appointments for myself). And yet, despite that, they are always on time and never run behind on appointments. We usually see Dr. Randall and her vet tech, Michelle, but we’ve also seen Dr. White and worked with vet techs Heather and I believe Zach and Dana (sorry if I’m wrong!). Every single one of them has been absolutely fantastic. We have chosen Petfolk as our permanent vet, and I will 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care. We are beyond grateful for this team. Last thing to add :) With our previous dogs, we always said that if we ever got another one, we would never take them anywhere else because our vet at the time was amazing. But aomehow, during one of the hardest and most stressful moments with our new puppy, we found this team, and I truly believe we were meant to. I am beyond thankful for the care and people we were given when we needed it most.

I brought my 14 year old dog in for a very painful eye ulcer. The nurse and doctor who helped Pepper were absolutely amazing. They were gentle, kind, and respectful. I left that day with everything my dog needed to help him heal. The next day, Petfolk reached out to me checking on Pepper. Unfortunately, his condition had gotten worse. They asked for me to bring him back in for a free recheck. We all agreed that it was time to let Pepper go and be pain free. Although it was hard, the nurse and doctor who helped us that day were equally as amazing and kind. They treated Pepper with dignity, gentleness, and love and treated me the same. They explained everything that was happening and allowed me to ask questions and sit with Pepper for as long as I needed. The genuine empathy they showed for Pepper and me meant so much. Thank you for helping me say goodbye with love and grace. They truly care, and their kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you, Petfolk!

took my boy cat for his first vet visit. the staff and doctor was kind and caring! i got the membership which i highly recommend for anyone who has a fur baby! he was taken care of immediately, we left with his medication and they did amazing at making him feel comfortable! love that you guys respected his boundaries. thank you so much! 🧡🐈

Extremely friendly and compassionate. Provided great resources and made our pups shot easy. He didn’t even know he was getting a vaccine. No cry not even a moan. They also made him the cutest sign! Great experience!
