They 👏 were 👏 amazing! 👏 From the initial phone call, to our actual appointment, it was obvious one of their biggest priorities was making sure me and my pup were comfortable. Procedural information was explained clearly and thoroughly. And they pride themselves on not feeling like a typical vet environment in order to help reduce pet anxiety. Shout out to Amanda who was warm and genuine. And Bobby who took the time to speak with me for a minute right after. Nothing felt rushed at all. And we never had to come into contact with any other patients while there. Highly recommend!!

We had to take our little girl Brandy, she a Yorkshire Terrier, to have her heart check because of heart murmur. Never had to have anything like this done to her, so it was kind of unsettling about it all. But when we got to the place, the nicest person Amanda came out an explained talk to us about what would happen, how they keep them calm. By the time she finished she had us calm about Brandy going back. She really understood what we were feeling, the time she took to explain was wonderful. The whole experience from getting to the place, to Amanda explaining the procedure, to getting the information back was professional and fast. Thank you Amanda for taking care of Brandy but also Brandy's parents (us).

I am a veterinarian who has been using VitalRads service for approximately a year at my clinic and have been thoroughly pleased with their service. Their radiograph reports are returned in a timely manner, are reasonably priced especially compared to the previous large company we were using, and I'm always surprised at how fast they are to respond to inquiries and questions. Seriously a wonderful service they are providing for me (and my clients). I run an urgent care service on the weekends and was seeking someone to provide fast, accurate, fairly priced radiograph reviews and VitalRads has absolutely delivered for my clinic. I brought my cat in for an ECG, since he was experiencing heart failure. They were able to see him in a timely manor and the doctor was thorough and kind in explaining what they were going to do for the procedure. Getting into the building you need to enter on the north side facing Dundee Rd.

After already dealing with a stressful situation and having to cancel another ultrasound due to poor communication at a different facility, I called VitalRads and was relieved they had same-day availability. A big thank you to Amanda. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my situation. I called her about five times within an hour, and each time she took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel like a burden. She treated me with genuine care and compassion, as if she truly wanted the best for both me and my pet, even though we had never met. I will absolutely return here if any of my other pets ever need an ultrasound.
