My sweet fur baby wasn't walking, real lethargic, potting uncontrollably. We arrived was greeted and took her back to observation immediately. Talked about the options available gave pricing and was very compassionate and explained every step. Thank you so much for all of yalls help she came home like nothing ever happened. Dr. Zhane brown thank you and your team for being there for us the whole way. Highly recommend and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Urgent Vet was amazing! The staff was so welcoming and made my dog Grace feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Brown was terrific—gentle, patient, and very caring. Emily was also great, staying kind and reassuring throughout the whole visit. I’m grateful for how well they treated Grace. Highly recommend this clinic for compassionate, professional care!

I’m expanding on my first review. We had to make another trip to Urgent Vet recently for another dog who ingested a complete 8oz bar of dark chocolate. Again, I could not be more pleased with the quick, caring response. I felt they cared as much as I did. No delay, just immediate and professional action. Thanks. (Henley, white Havanese) Urgent Vet isn’t a visit we wanted to make. We went because we had to due to an emergency with our dog. I’m glad we did. They have obviously dealt with distressed customers and emergency situations. They were extremely responsive and considerate. Our dog is not completely healed yet but I’m fully confident everything that could be done has been done. Their instructions, documentation and follow up were simply outstanding. We received a thoughtful follow up call the next day where the made sure we and the dog were doing well and all instructions were understood and being followed. Thank you Urgent Vet. Ana Wash

I brought my 18 year old cat here cause she got sick and they were so kind. Gave me my options but also let me know she qualified for her end of life treatment. Letting her go was so hard but their set up was so thoughtful and made me very comfortable. I was crying my eyes out and couldn’t let her go and the doctor told me she’d take care of her and was so empathetic. I would recommend this place.

Such a positive experience at UrgentVet Kingwood. It is getting terribly difficult to get a same day sick pup appointment anywhere these days, especially on a weekend. With a sick senior pup on Saturday before the impending ice storm I was so happy to find UrgentVet and get in right away. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and put directly into a room. Brianna and Dr Jones took such great care, were thorough and kind and worked with me to make a treatment plan I was comfortable with, giving my little guy (and me) exactly the care we needed. And pricing was surprisingly reasonable for urgent care! Absolutely the best experience; this facility is such an asset for pet parents in the area!!
