I cannot thank Dr. Gallegos and her team enough for the care and compassion they showed my cat, Eggroll. At 15 years old, she had been struggling with her health, and sadly it was time to say goodbye. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. They treated Eggroll with so much love and respect, and made sure she was comfortable and cared for until the very end. Even in such a difficult moment, I felt supported and reassured knowing that she was in the best hands. Dr. Gallegos explained everything with patience and compassion, which brought me peace during an emotional time. The private cremation service was also handled with the utmost respect, and I was grateful that it was both affordable and done with such dignity. This clinic truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their families, and I will always be grateful for the way they cared for Eggroll and helped me through this loss. I’m so sorry I couldn’t express my gratitude in person. You all are amazing and I’ll forever remember the kindness you showed my precious Eggroll in her final moments. Thank you.

I brought Monkey on Sept after he ate some hairties. I had been referred from another location and the ladies at East End went above and beyond for the little guy. I came back again recently over some concerns and, again, they provided excellent care and service. I can guarantee that your babies will be safe and given the utmost care by all the lovely ladies in this location. Thank you, thank you, so much for everything you ladies do. Y'all are truly a gift. They saved out cat’s life! Our cat had an obstructed bowel, and the first place we took her to was up to 10 thousand dollars to perform the life saving surgery! We couldn’t afford it, and were going to have to euthanize her, but they recommended trying this place first. Was able to get her in the same day at a price we could afford, and she is doing well now!

I had a horrible experience leaving my cat Pretzel to be hospitalized at this place. I had high expectations that he would be cared for by the staff that "care" for the animals, only to discover within a three day span later that he was getting in critical condition. Not just that, but he was also in a state of unhygienic, that the staff didn't bother to clean him until he was discharged. To even be offered for him to be kept an extra week, even for free, would mean he would be left alone just to "make sure" he got his IV fluids but nothing else such as even trying to keep him alive. I don't feel they tried hard enough, only just to charge for the days he stayed there. To even be suggested to transfer him to another clinic seems they didn't even want to try at all. In the end, I took him home because I'd rather keep him in his last moments than to leave him in a place where it didn't even seem they cared to at least keep him clean, and he sadly passed away mere moments later the same night. I didn't even get a chance to talk the doctor, who I feel should've come and talk regardless of how many other patients they might be dealing with. It is also a duty for the vet to at least speak with those bringing in their pets and not just leave the duty to the staff like the technicians. No explanation or excuse they will give me via review reply will bring my cat back. It's better to take your pets somewhere else where the vet is willing to talk with their patients, and has more clear communication within their staff members.

We were in and a out in 5 minutes charged $75. Im reporting them to BBB, the only reason we went because it was a Sunday. Emergency care, emergency rip-off. These people are the worse. I went in with my cats, which was attacked. They wanted to charge $1,400. $400 of that was just in case he needed more meds. It's ridiculous how they. are in business. Im disgusted how they can just charge such an outrageous price. These type of business should really be looked at. My cat died. Because yall didn't want to preform any services but was quick to take $75. Vergi emergency on Voss was willing to do cpr. You guys are horrible and should be put out of business. This is my mission
