Dr Belton is a top notch vet! We had used her in the past with our cat who unfortunately passed away. We brought our two new kittens who were having issues and she quickly diagnosed them and her followup was excellent. Jessica is a wonderful vet tech and they make a great team. Office staff is kind and very responsive. There are a lot of vets in Charlotte, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is hands down amazing I cannot recommend them highly enough—especially if you have a high-anxiety or sensitive dog, or really any dog! We recently relocated to the area from Charlotte, we used to take our dog to Healing Paws in Hillsborough (an incredible clinic). I was worried about finding that same level of specialized, compassionate care in Charlotte, but Atrium has completely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly thorough. Unlike other clinics that rush through the process, the team at Atrium asked a ton of questions to truly understand my dog's unique personality and triggers. They made sure all the proper pre-operation bloodwork and health checks were done safely and meticulously before his procedure, which gave me immense peace of mind. What truly sets them apart, though, is their willingness to accommodate his anxiety. When other local veterinary clinics completely refused to modify their rigid routines, Atrium didn't hesitate to work with us. They allowed me to stay with him to ensure he felt safe and secure, entirely eliminating the trauma of a standard, stressful drop-off. They even brought us a blanket to keep us comfortable while we waited. It is the little touches and the genuine empathy that make this place so special. They don't treat pets like an assembly line; they treat them as individuals. If you have a scared, nervous, or special dog and want a team that will treat them with the highest level of specialized care, do yourself a favor and bring them to Atrium. They are worth the drive!

The doctor was very kind, he explained everything he was doing and what his plan was throughout the visit with my bearded dragon. He also reassured me that her diet and her tank setup/environment was perfect as well as her bone density and body composition. The vet tech was AMAZING, she was so sweet and gentle with my beardie. They were able to do x-rays on her, as well as blood work and the provided some just in case medication while we wait for bloodwork to see what the underlying issue is. It is incredibly hard finding a reptile vet in this area so I’m sooo glad I was able to find Atrium Animal Hospital and I will definitely be returning in the future. 15/10 the best experience!! The price was also very good considered she received two medications, x-rays, bloodwork and an exam of course. Definitely worth the money!!

Excellent service. Everyone is friendly. Completely fixed my dog’s difficulty walking/mobility issues in her later years with KLaser and Chiropractic treatments and she’s still going strong.

The team at Atrium took wonderful care of our medically complex boy, Teddy. The vets, techs and front desk staff are all so kind and caring. They really love animals. When it became clear that Teddy was suffering and treatment options were exhausted, they led us through options for the end of his life that were compassionate for him and for our family. You could not ask for better care for your furry loves ones.
