After 30 very happy years with Dr Cameron, I was apprehensive with the new staff. I am very happy with Dr Saggi. Another doctor & clinic wanted to extract all my cat's teeth because of gum disease. The cat is only 18 months old!. Dr Saggi otoh was willing to try much less aggressive treatment with great results so far. Always get a second opinion!!

I recently took my dog in for a check-up and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lakhpreet. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, patient, and very attentive. He took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Lakhpreet showed genuine care and compassion, making both me and my dog feel comfortable throughout the visit. He answered all my questions without rushing and provided helpful advice for maintaining my dog’s health. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Dr. Lakhpreet to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring veterinarian!

We were with Dr Cameron for 35 years (long before she opened her own practice), and while she absolutely deserves to have a wonderful retirement, she is dearly missed. If she were still there this would be a 5 star review. That said, I was disappointed with the new ownership. My first visit with Dr G was my last. I meant it when I told the front office I would never see him again. He has terrible bedside manner, spoke to me like I was clueless (I spent 15 years in vet med), and was only interested in pushing unnecessary bloodwork for a pet that wasn’t even there rather than the pets I did bring in (he barely examined them as it was). Dr Saggi I liked enough, but ultimately decided to move onto a practice that I didn’t have questions about. There were just too many red flags. While I didn’t expect things to be exactly the same as they were, I’m sad that this is what’s become of Dr Cameron’s legacy.

Clear sign to look for a new vet. 1. New team without advance notifications. 2. New staff and doctor afraid to touch my boy. (He growled initially, but it’s Vet 101 to let him sniff, gain trust, and then touch. All previous vets did no issue. Maybe it is a new safety protocol.) 3. Prescribing a new brand without being requested. 4. Overall different approach - Instead of the old ‘monitor and adjust’ approach, it was more 'service options' #2 was a flag for 'breakup'.

Moving abroad with four cats is quite a challenge! But the USDA Vet and nurses/vet techs at Cameron Vet were such a great support! Very reassuring and helpful when it was hard to understand the complicated rules and regulations. Today we received all certificates in the mail and are so happy to have those in hand before the big day!
