Absolutely heartless staff. Do not bring your pets here. During a critical bladder blockage in my cat, they referred me to an urgent care down the street that totally scammed me of $1800 and provided no test results. Had to take my cat to Mexico and have all tests redone then treated because of this. No calls, no check ins from the vet to see how my cat was doing, but then when calling to get his prescription renewed, I am told I have to pay a no show fee because I missed an annual checkup while my cat was in critical condition in Mexico. When explaining my concern about how the no show fee is their priority in this situation, the receptionist hungup on me. I then called back and spoke with another receptionist that tried to play games with me on the phone, in which I demanded my pet’s medical documents and told them I will never return to this vet again. They said they’d send them later in which I demanded they send them while I was on the phone, which they did and then hungup on me, proving to me they knew they were playing games . I advise others to do the same as animals here are only dollar signs.

Took my super old and grumpy kitty here for an ear infection treatment and they were great. Kind and gentle and I didn’t walk away in debt or feeling scammed ($275). The initial visit fee is $75 and I was able to get an appointment within days. Would recommend!

I have always had a good experience with this Vet Hospital, for one, they have never turned us away when we needed them asap and I have gone to over a half a dozen different Vets and Pets of North Park would always find the time or give me a solution to where I should go, and that is why they are my “Go To Vet” every time!! I’m grateful to their staff and how they treat myself and our houseful if pets! We have 1 cat and a Golden Retriever and 2 Labrador Retriever's, just an fyi. I won’t take them anywhere else, unless it’s suggested by them. Thank you for the care and love you’ve given my fur babies.
