Overall 5 star experience. Very reasonably priced, strongly recommend for first time cat owners as well. Staff and Vets were very accommodating to a first time owner like myself and gave great care to all my cats. I feel very comfortable, both financially and emotionally, that my cats are in such great hands.

Had to spay twice but the doctor was nice and responsible. Front desk process and the wait time was unreasonable and disappointed given the inconvenience in the first place. The visit was scheduled because my cat went into heat nine months after being spayed at this clinic. During the follow-up visit, a second spay surgery was performed. It was sad that she has to go through this twice. After the procedure, I waited approximately 30 minutes before being called and informed that the doctor wanted to speak with me. The doctor explained that the charges would be waived because some ovarian tissue had remained after the original surgery. She was nice, professional, and being honest with me on what happened, which is really appreciated. However, here is what made the inconvenience and experience worse. After speaking with the doctor, my place in the waitlist was reset, and I was placed at the end of the queue rather than returning to my original check-in position. As a result, I waited an additional 40 minutes while clients who arrived after me were seen and discharged. When I was eventually called to the front desk, it appeared there was a communication gap between the doctor and the staff, as I was asked to pay for the visit. After I explained what the doctor had communicated, I waited another 20 minutes while staff attempted to confirm the information, as the doctors had already left for the day. This could have been prevented if they did not put me last. Overall, the experience involved multiple delays and communication challenges. I also would have appreciated acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused during the visit.

I love the staff at the Cat Hospital. The staff is so kind and caring to both felines and humans that come through their doors. They are also amazing when you have to say goodbye to your baby... they know how hard it is and are so empathetic.

I had an amazing experience taking my cat Munki here for a second opinion—and now this will be her primary care team. First of all, they were pretty booked, but they still allowed me to do a drop-off. She was ready to come home just two hours later! I’ve never left the vet with a bill under $200, and after not only the visit but also the prescribed medications, it was less than that. On top of it all, the doctor called me twice once to make sure I understood the prescription and again to explain to me about training on an inhaler. Let me just say, I’ve spent over $15,000 in medical expenses for my two cats, and I’ve never even had a single follow-up call! Another great thing: my cat usually comes home super stressed after going to the vet, especially if she’s encountered dogs. This time, she came home like nothing even happened. I would highly recommend taking your cat here!

I won’t bring my cat here again. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. They were completely unorganized, I was treated poorly and I watched another customer treated badly as well. I never heard back about my pet by closing time and when I called I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before giving up. I then got a call after they were closed and told to come. I was ignored at the front while they argued with another person about billing. Then I was rudely told to write my name down and take a seat after I’d already been spoken to by another employee. Never again.
