Dr Velazquez, Judy, Mya and the whole team from Arkvets took very good care of my cat. He is a huge cat with long hair and had lots of mats which was causing him uncomfort plus I’m sure he got super hot in the heat. They gave him a sedated groom and left a mohawk on top. He looks super cool with booties and the mohawk. He should be much happier and cooler without all the hair and mats. I am grateful for the services of ArkVets. They have also treated our dog a couple times when she was sick and took good care of her also.

This was a great visit considering it was an emergency. Small Anal gland eruption, allergies, skin tags, etc. My dog gets super anxious going to the vet and they were very considerate and accommodating to his needs. Can't say enough about the genuineness, care and thoughtfulness all staff members and Doctor showed us. They also stayed within my budget and were very detailed in their explanations through out the process. My deepest gratitude.

ArkVets is incredible! My furbaby, Roux began coming to the central Phoenix location after she was attacked by an off leash dog. Dr. Shea was so kind, calm and gentle with Roux. She made a very traumatic experience far less hard on the both of us. We now exclusively see Dr. Shea and Roux LOVES her visits. She’s become so excited to see both Doc and Chandler. The way they engage with her (and even play with her) during her visit is just unmatched. So very impressed and would recommend ArkVets to anyone looking for the highest level of care for their furbabies.

When I saw the address I was a little worried because the area is not the best, but this place was great!!! It was pristinely clean! The front desk staff was so nice and went above and beyond for my little one and me. I’m in a wheelchair and their doors were too heavy for me to open by myself but before I even asked there was always staff already rushing over to help me every time! The doctor was so nice! He sat on the floor with my little one almost the entire time we were discussing the history of illness she’s been going through! He did her exam in the same room with me which made me much more comfortable and my pup too. Then we talked about what services she needed and the doctor, as well as the tech Rain, we’re both so helpful and patient when explaining what they would do, could do, what I’d expect to see in my pup within the few days after, and the sort of programs that will help us get her taken care of. I had been taking her to ASPCA since August. With the same issues and after multiple visits with ASPCA I had spent more with them than in this one trip to Ark where I got so much more information, treatment, and answers. My pup and I are so very grateful for all the staff at Ark and the great care and treatment we received! I’ll never take her anywhere else again!

It was truly a pleasure bringing my pups here. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. The clinic was very clean, and Dr. Velasquez and her technician were absolutely amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my pups were comfortable and at ease throughout their visit. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves animals and cares about their well-being. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend them to any pet parent!
