As a relief veterinarian, I have worked with many clinics and veterinarians. I am constantly impressed by Dr. McFadden's surgical skills, professionalism, and follow-up care. His whole staff treats their clients and referring veterinarians with the utmost respect and demonstrates their desire to do what is best for the pets. I have used Dr. McFadden for my own dog's orthopedic surgeries. I am grateful for the top-notch care she received and will continue to recommend Houston Mobile Veterinary Surgery as my number one choice for referral surgeries.

My dog Bear had leg surgery yesterday with Dr. McFadden after being hit by a car and suffering a tibial fracture. We were referred to him by another local vet hospital, and I’m truly grateful he was at the top of their list for low-cost veterinary care. The team genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of their furry patients, and thanks to the affordable pricing, Bear was able to receive the full surgery he needed to save his leg. I 100% recommend this place for anyone facing an emergency with their pet — compassionate, skilled, and life-saving care.

You can not begin to fathom the immensity of gratitude I have for Dr. McFadden, Dr. Oberhaus, Corrine & the entire Houston Mobile Veterinary Surgery team. They were recommended to mE for a surgery that my current veterinarian wasn’t specialized in. Just like everybody else, my dog is my entire world. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for him & I am very skeptical of vets & practices when it comes to him, you can say I have trust issues. This team, everybody involved has gone above & beyond for mE. They were able to schedule mE for a CT scan the following day! Where other places were going to make mE wait even longer than we already have been. Which my concern at this point was the mass on my dog growing. While waiting to go in for my CT scan, I read up on the team, checked the website out. Did some research. I went straight to reviews. I felt like I needed to speak on this as there was a negative review on there , which concerned mE. I read it, & it stated the team did not communicate to the client. I felt I needed to speak up & leave a review for this team because my experience was QUITE the opposite. All I have received has been communication from almost everybody on the team. Even if I didn’t call in or check, they would call mE on OFF DAYS just to tell mE whether they got an update or not. Or to check in on us. That in it self is so comforting. They show they care. The updates & communication I got from them is why I decided to stay & continue business with them. They figured out what we were dealing with, came up with a plan, & we have surgery on Wednesday. I’ve never felt more relieved when working with a new vet. I will stand by HMVS & the team. They are amazing. Matter fact amazing is an understatement. We need more vets around like these ones ! Thank you again. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you for taking care of my son like he was yours. I’ll never be able to express my gratitude.
