We recently had a very heartbreaking, but comforting experience with VCA. Our dog had her litter of puppies, and unfortunately, one of the puppies was showing signs of distress. We brought the puppy in to VCA and the vet took wonderful care of us. The front desk staff was less than helpful unfortunately as they kept saying “oh he is so cute and those whimpers are so cute!” Delaying the check in process after I said multiple times, “these sounds aren’t cute, he is in acute distress and is likely dying.” That aside, the actual veterinary staff was incredible. They were kind quick and compassionate about the decisions that we needed to make for the sweet pup. Today in the mail, I received a very sweet token that had the puppies paw print in it that I was not expecting. It was a very difficult situation and decision that needed to be made, but I am very glad that we went to VCA. They treated us in our pup with the upmost dignity and kindness, and I am so thankful for that and was moved to tears when receiving the paw print today to remember our sweet Grinch.

Took exceptional care of my 13 yr 9 mo old GSP for her oncology CT scan. Wasn't the best news, but also found out that her blood work was good and her organs were still functioning good. so we still have time to quality time to spend with our baby. As it has always been, it is all about spending as much time with the furry family members who provide the most joy and unconditional love only found in God. Loving them is easy, missing them is hard! Make every moment count! God & Dog❤️‍🔥

The vet techs are very kind and understanding. The Veterinarian Dr. Johnson went above & beyond. He took the time to really explain everything and even helped reduce some of the cost so I could focus on getting my cat the care he needed. I’m so grateful for how compassionate and understanding he was. You can tell they really care about you & your pet. Beyond thankful, such comforting staff they were! My cat Gimpy is doing much better so far with following their instructions.

Dr. Cross and his team have been amazing in treating our dog’s epilepsy. Dr. Cross is patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. Thanks to his guidance, Stella’s seizures are well-controlled and she’s back to her happy, playful self. We’re so grateful for his expertise and compassion. Highly recommend!

Truly grateful for the timely and thorough care my cat Nala received after her stroke. While we weren’t contacted with updates, staff was very friendly and happy to provide information every time this anxious cat mom called to check in. Thank you Dr. Cross and team (including front desk!). You all made a terrifying situation navigable with your gentleness and willingness to help. ❤️
