If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The entire team has given me and my cats, Maleficent and Diablo, such amazing care over the years. I am truly sad I had to move away, because it is rare to find a vet team that truly cares like they do. They exceeded any expectations I had, especially when Mal got very, very sick to the point of me almost losing her. Any and all questions I had were answered, and they even provided extra services at no cost to me like x-rays to ensure her feeding tube was still correctly placed. Any time I would bring her in, everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back genuinely wanted to see her and to know how she was doing. Diablo got the same level of care for his allergies, even though his situation was far less serious! I never felt pressured to pay for services I didn't feel were necessary, and all of my options were always laid out and explained to me. I never left feeling like a bad pet parent. It was all reasonably priced as well, especially with my military discount. If time, money, and distance weren't a factor, I would happily fly back to continue having my babies cared for by this amazing team. Dr. Pacheco and Dr. Carrasco... we thank you both from the very bottom of our hearts. Mal, Diablo, and I have safely arrived over seas, and we wouldn't be here without you. Thank you!!

We bring our dog, Canelo, to Spring Creek and every visit is an amazing experience. The team is incredibly welcoming, fast, and efficient while still being thorough and taking the time to answer all of our questions. Their communication is excellent and you can truly see how much they care about the animals. It’s about a 35-minute drive for me, that's the only downside about it, but I only come here because of how well they take care of my dog, it’s absolutely worth it every time. They’re always so helpful and kind. Highly recommend! My dog is feeling much better after an ear infection and a skin rash flare up. I'm super grateful!

Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Pacheco is an absolute blessing. She has been instrumental in helping my dog through his cancer journey and has stood by us every step of the way for almost the past 3 years. She always makes time to see him, answers calls with compassion, and never makes us feel alone in this journey. Her guidance, expertise, and incredible bedside manner give me so much peace of mind that I willingly drive over 50 minutes each way just to see her. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in her care. I truly don’t know how we could have made it this far without her. Dr. Pacheco isn’t just an amazing veterinarian, she’s a lifeline, and I’m forever grateful. All of the staff are truly one of kind. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Spring Creek Animal Hospital for well over 20 years now. The front office staff of Holly,Morgan and Rebekah are second to none. They always have a smile and a positive uplifting attitude. Zach is one in a million and Dr. Pacheco has always taken such great care of our babies treating them as if they were her own. Mere words can not express the heartfelt love we have this staff. Thank you Spring Creek for loving and caring for our babies.
