Firts time at this clinic. The staff and doctor are so compassionate and amazing. I brought my 18yo cat that had not been doing very good for a few weeks. They were upfront with costs and what steps would be necessary to properly diagnose him. When it was time to give me the bad news the vet was very kind and soft spoken. The technician even hugged me while I cried. They supported our end of life decision. I highly recommend them. Pricing is reasonable and labs are done in house. I will definitely be coming back for my other animals as well.

Staff is very friendly and patient. Visit fee is affordable. Dr is honest and not going to charge you for treatment that is not necessary. Did not have to spend an entire day to be seen as a walk in. Thank you NDS for taking great care of my Ginger!

After coming from such a rude vet care place NDS is a huge breath of fresh air. They made my cat feel so cared for and loved. They saw she was nervous and opened a cabinet that had blankets for her to wonder inside of so she can feel a little better. They also were so patient with her. They have so much experience and SHARES helpful tips with you and answers all the questions you have with no pressure or pushiness. We were thinking about adopting a dog and even though it didn't fall through they still were so polite and shared how we took care of cat really well. I love this place so much!

My dog had to have emergency surgery around 3pm in the afternoon. Dr. Chavira could have told us to pick up our pup and take him to a 24 hour emergency vet but instead he cleared his schedule and got our pup into surgery. By the time the surgery was done, the clinic was closed for the day. When we walked in, Dr. Chavira let all his team leave for the day while he stayed and watched over him. After we picked him up we had to take him to the emergency vet for observation and fluids to ensure no complications from the surgery. The next day around 6pm at night Dr. Chavira called us to check on our pup. We felt very cared for and really appreciated that follow up call. We have used NDS the last couple years for routine care and have always been satisfied, but this was above and beyond what was required as our vet. Thank you Dr. Chavira for going the extra mile and taking good care of Rain.

My father and I brought our dog in for a checkup regarding some rear problems she's been having. Staff were kind, patient, and very caring. Everything was prompt and professional, and despite us arriving 30 minutes early, Mitsy at the front desk was able to accommodate us in a room, sort out all the first-time patient paperwork, and get us settled. The nurse, Savannah, was attentive and enthusiastic, as well as understanding of our situation. She did a stellar job comforting and soothing our dog while Dr. Chavira was performing the checkup. The vaccination updates we ended up getting were administered promptly and without any issues and the subsequent breakdown of the bill was well laid-out and easy to understand. I would recommend NDS Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a professional and clean environment and kind veterinary staff.
