I am so grateful to the AniCura team for their professionalism and empathy during a very difficult time for our cat Efes. They performed a very complex surgery with great skill when I thought he might not survive it. Even though Efes ultimately couldn't recover and we had to say our final goodbyes, the care and compassion the staff showed us was outstanding. Thank you, especially Dr. Tania, Dr. Celia and Dr. Judith from surgery team, for being so supportive during our most painful moments. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. As a very nervous dog mommy, trust means everything to me and I truly trust them with my dog! My dog had surgery here, and throughout the entire process the staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is professional, with a team of vets across different specialties. Knowing that so many specialists work together in one place gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend this 24-hour clinic. We came here with our little puppy after he was attacked by a bigger dog. Dr. Tania is a very empathetic doctor of veterinary medicine - we were in shock after the attack, but she calmly explained each step of the examination and our dog’s condition. She carried out all the necessary tests - they can do X-rays and ultrasounds on-site right away. Our puppy received medication and care instructions, and he’s healthy today. We’ve been to this clinic a few more times since then, and I can truly recommend it. Quick communication and a very helpful team.

We were amazed by how professional, empathetic and nice the staff was. We took our dog with an emergency situation, they immediately did all the necessary tests and did an emergency surgery. They took care of our little one like their own, they all speak perfect English. They are very responsive for every other request we had. The only one thing I would suggest is to be more flexible with payments, as some people might have a similar emergency and might not have a bank account, have cash. So i would say cash should be accepted too in such emergency. Other than that we were very satisfied.

One of my dogs has lymphoma, and has been treated by Anicura now over year and half. My dog loves to go there as there's always treats and she really likes the vets. Now my other dog has tumor and I changed his treatment to Anicura as well as the vets are just amazing. I know it will be more expensive than my regular vet but I prefer paying for quality treatment.
