I have gone to this clinic a few times and they accepted both of my insurance companies for full payment- Wellcare Dual Complete(DSNP) With extra help and United Healthcare (TEXAS STAR PLUS). I had an appt. scheduled months ago for 8/20/2025 at 10:20am and had to arrive at 10:05am, which I did! This clinic requires a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule, or you will be charged a fee. On 8/19/2025 the afternoon before the above scheduled appointment I received an email at 1:44pm to tell me I had a copay with no explanation of $25.64. I was not duly nor fairly given 24hrs to cancel or reschedule so I could make other arrangements. I called United Healthcare and filed a grievance over this matter and am waiting the outcome. How would you feel if you were disabled and living on income more than 125% of the general population? If you can advise me who else to contact, please respond to this Google review with any and all information please. Blessings

She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was her genuine care and dedication. She asked thoughtful questions, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. It was clear that she truly wanted to understand my concerns and provide the best care possible. I also appreciated how approachable she was — I left feeling confident that if I ever had questions or worries, she would be there to support me. Finding a doctor who combines medical expertise with compassion isn’t always easy, but Dr. Rizvi exceeded my expectations. I’m truly grateful for her care & time and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a neurologist.
