Great experience today! We brought our pup to do a meet and greet with one of the facility dogs. The adoption center was very clean and very very organized! There were different stations in the process and seemed very seamless. Troy was one of their staff members who helped us in the meet and greet and was very knowledgeable about the breed we were adopting. Troy had a very pleasant demeanor about him . Troy also helped us from the meet and greet to the signing of our new pup. Thank you Troy for the tips you also gave us. Overall fantastic experience! Thank you!

Very great people everyone is so friendly the boss guy is a very happy nice person they love the animals. I lost my babies in fire in 23 and something told me to go there the day. As crazy as it sounds I find a baby girl look and act just like my baby I lost . I'm very great full I went that day my other dog came from there to I love this place --goosey aka babies new one and Biggs my other from here

I had a pretty easy experience adioting my puppy here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Like most shelters, the cages are over crowded but thats not their fault. I do with the clinic offered more services. Its limited to vaccines and flea tick prevention.

These people are amazing people. I picked up a young dog off the street in Houston that was abandoned. Another person was already on the phone with HC Pets concerning the dog and they mentioned I was taking her. They asked to speak with me. They proceeded to tell me I could bring her by and they would give her a set of shots free of charge to reduce any risks. When I was there they also gave me a collar, leash, dry & wet food, pee pads, bags, a towel and dog bed! She has been happy with the supplies provided. Also, very nice and clean facility! Thank you guys, you are such a help to the community!

Shelter was clean, staff were personable and cared about the animals. Adopting from the shelter was easy and they have many people to assist you through the process.
