I took my pet Luna to Bellaire Richmond Pet Hospital and had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional. They took the time to thoroughly examine Luna, clearly explain the diagnosis, and answer all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated the gentle and caring way they treated her. It gave me great peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The facility was clean and well organized, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. I was very impressed with Dr. Beckham. First, he has a lot of experience and clearly knows exactly what is going on - so I didn’t get charged for a bunch of unnecessary things. My dog has a heart murmur and I’ve known that. Until yesterday, the heart murmur was nothing more than a mention during check ups. Dr. Beckham gave me a very clear explanation of what is happening, and gave me clear diagnostic and treatment options for now and later. I wish I had seen Dr. Beckham a few years ago so I could have gotten earlier intervention before it progressed to where we are now. Plus, he and his staff were really loving and good with my dog - and that’s everything to me! Thank you!!

Dr. Tewary and the entire staff are genuinely and enthusiastically invested in every patient they see. They've kept my bottle-fed kitten going through so many ailments from the time he was a 3 week old, 8 ounce baby to the 8 pound 7 month old he is today, including trying to save one of his eyes. When surgery was my only option and it was an emergency, it was done within hours and it gave him back his quality of life as a pirate kitty. Upfront about pricing, never pushy and willing to try alternate therapies when possible. She saved him again this week from a severe (to me) bout of gastritis that I was sure would be the end of him. The rooms and waiting area are always clean, the techs and receptionists get that your pet is not just a pet, but a member of your family. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a place they can trust with their furbaby's care from the get-go. This practice and location was my mom's choice when I was still in elementary school, 50+ years ago. 5 stars any day and every day.
