From the initial contact, Dr. Olsen and her team did everything they could to walk along with me during this overwhelmingly challenging period. It is never easy making the decision to say goodbye to your best friend, especially after 15 years together, and choosing the right person to be in that space is important. Knowing my dog was loved and cared for in the manner he was I’d recommend Dallas Veterinary Hospice to anyone who may need it.

We have received exceptional service from Dr. Olson. He was fantastic: courteous, sympathetic, and understanding of our entire situation. Dr. Olson recognized the urgency of our issues and made an exception to come during the evening for euthanasia services. We had contacted several other veterinarians, and Dr. Olson was the only one able to accommodate us, for which we are truly grateful. Thank you for being a part of the last moments of Cashew life. Thank you for putting us in ease and so comforting with the whole process as we said goodbye to our love one.

Dr. Olsen came to our home and helped our cat peacefully and comfortably pass away. Dr. Olsen and the staff made the entire process go smoothly. He was very patient and kind when he arrived. He did not rush us in saying our goodbyes. He clearly explained to us everything he was doing and answered any questions we had. We held our cat in her final moments in the home she loved surrounded by her entire family. I would recommend this service, and especially Dr. Olsen, to anyone who has to make the hard decision to let their pet go.

Dr. Olson and his team were the perfect balance of professional and compassionate. We were distraught when the time to put our dog to sleep came harder and faster than expected, but it was very easy to book with Dr. Olson for a same day appointment. His staff reached out by text to confirm, and he arrived very punctually within the timeframe we selected. We received prompt follow up for memorial items the next day. We were very grateful for Dr. Olson’s empathetic care that allowed Rufus to pass peacefully and comfortably at home with his human and dog family around him. I would recommend this business without hesitation and will use this veterinarian for routine care for our other geriatric dogs.

Our sweet girl Murcie was declining and getting worse with Doggy Dementia and we began our search for an at-home euth service as we did not want to take her into a clinic. We were able to make the appointment for a date and time that worked for us. On the day prior, the doctor for our appointment had a family emergency and the staff was able to locate another doctor to fill in for our needs. Dr. Tran was so kind, spoke quietly and softly, and showed our girl love as well. Even though we had time to love and dote on our girl before the appointment, Dr. Tran gave us all the time we wanted and needed with our baby. The overall experience was exactly what we were hoping it would be as we said our final goodbyes to our sweet girl
