We took out 15 year old cat in for not being able to express her bladder. They got her back right away, gave us an estimate of the visit, and when our okay, proceeded to do what needed to be done. They gave us medications and instructions to continue her treatment at home. Everyone was welcoming and caring. If the need ever arises again, we would return.

Our experience was great. A very bad situation for us with our little dog Lucie where she had very bad gastrointestinal issues that could have ended very badly. The team of vets and veterinarian technicians were all great and very supportive and spent time with us to answer questions we had and provided very wise and careful treatment for her. Lucie stayed there 2 and a half days and is now recovering very well at home. We are using the meds and instructions the hospital provided us, and she is almost back to herself now.

Logan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day. We received a condolence card in the mail. When we picked up his ashes, we were also given his paw print, locks of his hair and his ashes in the sweetest box with his name plate. Thank you AEHNT for the genuine kindness you gave us and especially gave to Logan.

A beautiful Cardinal struck my storm door window. He lay still by my Cardinal flag at my walkway flowerbed. His eyes still moved, but he was very still. After CPR and Prayer, I called around Fort Worth. No one treated Wildlife. I asked for a referral to someone who might. I was referred to Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas, my last call. After sharing my Cardinal 's Plight, Nothing could be done medically, but "Wait and See" if he recovers from his concussion. I became audibly choked up with emotion and spoke in a whisper. The Receptionist/Vet entered into my sorrow and also responded in a hushed whisper. It was and Is Priceless to have Such Wonderful and Exceptional Empathy. I have been a Hospice Nurse and practiced Nursing over 30 years. Empathy and Compassion Provides Hopefunessl and Healing. You can Press Through the Difficulty with Hope and Courage, No Matter the Outcome. She told me they could take his remains if needed. I'm Very Grateful and Deeply Touched, Shedding Tears as I Write This. There has been Many Significant Deaths in my life in the past few years.

I took in a 2 week old macaw last Saturday night, baby had ingested bedding and was stuck in his crop, the staff was so caring, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hassel, treated my baby, explained the options, risks and expected outcomes, was so patient with me, took his time with me was very patient and understanding, which comforted me , I was so worried, Scarlett the tech, knowledgeable, friendly and so caring, Rachel took my baby to the back, was so caring … Jenn and Marissa the receptionists kept me company while procedures was being done, talking to me, letting me ask questions, offered coffee and reassurance. Awesome staff , best in the state, so lucky and thankful to have this facility, with the quality of care for our beloved animals, I give them a 5 + star review. Bird owners this place is the best !!
