If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. This experience was not only unprofessional—it was heartbreaking, infuriating, and something I will never forget. We called this veterinary office in desperation, trying to save a pet who meant the world to us. He wasn’t “just an animal”—he was family. He was my husband’s companion, a source of comfort and love, especially meaningful as a veteran. Watching him suffer was already unbearable, and we were doing everything we could to help him. When I first called, I was told it would be $450 just to be seen, and up to $650 or more for X-rays. I explained that the cost was extremely high, but I was desperate—four other vets had already failed to figure out what was wrong, and my pet was getting worse by the day. I agreed to the appointment anyway, hoping this place could finally help. At that point, I had been staying up all night for days, caring for him, barely sleeping, going from vet to vet during the day, and sitting with him all night as he suffered. I was physically and emotionally exhausted—but I wasn’t going to give up on him. Then I called to confirm the appointment… and was told it had been canceled. The excuse I was given made no sense. It felt like a lie, and I was absolutely mortified. In a moment where we needed help the most, we were dismissed. Still, I kept trying. I asked for another appointment. I was told I would receive a call back—but no one ever called. I had to follow up myself the next day, only to be met with changing prices that kept going higher and higher. There was no consistency, no compassion, no accountability. My husband, frustrated and heartbroken, called himself. He was then told the $450 fee was for an “after-hours” visit—even though it wasn’t after hours. When he questioned why the pricing kept changing and why we were being treated this way, the explanation we got was shocking: we were told that someone else had canceled and that price reflected what they were going to pay. What kind of business operates like that? Pricing based on whoever will pay more? Cancelling appointments and giving them away to higher-paying clients while someone else is desperately trying to save their pet? Despite everything, we tried again. We scheduled another appointment. And once again—we were let down. This went on for weeks. Weeks of confusion, false promises, lack of communication, and emotional stress while our pet continued to decline. And then… we lost him. The pain of losing him is something we will carry forever. But what makes it even harder is knowing how we were treated during that time—when we were vulnerable, desperate, and just trying to save a life we loved. I will never forget the way we were treated. The head games. The insincerity in your voice. The way our appointment was canceled and replaced. The constant changes, the lack of honesty, and the clear focus on money over compassion. You failed us when we needed you most. Shame on you for putting profit over care. Shame on you for treating people—and their beloved companions—this way. I hope you truly reflect on the impact of your actions. Because for us, this wasn’t just a bad experience.

Brought my 4 and 1/2-year-old male miniature schnauzer in for a heart procedure. Very impressed with the care, compassion and explanation of everything involved. Good news is my miniature Schnauzer did very well and is acting like a puppy again full of energy and life.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience. In an emergency, I was hit with hidden fees and confusing paperwork I couldn’t even read because my dog needed surgery right away. After paying, they later claimed I owed another thousand dollars, and even weeks later kept calling with more surprise charges like $80 for a cheap plastic cone. I’m grateful my dog is okay, but the lack of honesty and transparency was awful. IF you have the money I’m sure it’s a good place. I wish I had known all of this I would’ve never even step foot in that place

I actually really enjoyed this place, not only are they very good on the price probably 50 to 70% less than what I’ve been quoted at other places they even offered me more services and still came below the competition
