This is probably the most difficult review I've ever done but I feel as though it must be done. Recently I had to take my cat to the emergency animal hospital to be put down due to some serious medical conditions. I cannot stress enough how welcoming, and supportive the staff were. I was able to hold my little Zoey while she was being put to sleep, which it might not sound like it, but it was a very special moment for me because I knew that she would not die alone. She died knowing that I loved her very much and that I wished it didn't have to come down to this. I hurts me greatly still, but it was the best option for her considering the circumstances. The hospital staff went completely out of their way, way above and beyond what I was expecting for them to do. Everything from the urn for my kitty, to the packaging, and today(what made me do this review) is they even sent a card with hand written condolences from the very same staff who cared for her during her last moments. This is just so touching and emotional that I'm tearing up while writing this review. I cannot thank the hospital staff enough for the absolute extended sympathy. You all are just wonderful, wonderful people. Thank you so much for making such difficult time for me a little less stressful.

Thank you Dr Scott Rosenthal for both your care & compassion for not only my 17 year old Shiapoo Mushroom, but also for me as I was suffering from a migraine at the time. Your quick diagnosis & options for treatment were spot on. Under the circumstances & his age he’s doing remarkably well even with his blindness & CCD. Pictures taken after he was approved for grooming 🐾🐾

We had the saddest experience of having to say goodbye my sister's beloved dog, Rosie, yesterday. This terrible day was made as easy and comforting as possible by the excellent staff at Metropolitan, particularly Dr. Yang. We are forever grateful for the care, grace and patience they had with us and with Rosie and that they allowed us to be with her as she peacefully left us. I hope that you will never have to have this experience, but if you do, I can't recommend a place more than here.

The staff was so helpful from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explore and explain all of my options. This included calling other emergency vets to see if they could maybe treat us sooner or offer a more affordable option. They truly put my dog's health and treatment first to help him get well. This is a great practice with a great staff.

My husband and I had to take our kitty here recently and the vets were so kind and knowledgeable. I was an emotional wreck. They got our girl back to normal after a few overnight visits. Now she's happy and healthy! I wanted to make sure I expressed my gratitude to these doctors, nurses and techs 🩷🙏🏼
