I love how welcoming the team is. From the very first visit, I felt at home—especially when they put my kitten’s name on the welcome board the day of her first appointment. The team was there for me during an incredibly difficult time, remaining open, compassionate, and available while my cat was ill and even after her passing. Their support meant so much to me. I continue to bring my pets here because of the genuine care they show.

Great service every time. I take both of my kitties here for all of their needs. My older cat has asthma and she was diagnosed here. And my younger kitten had pneumonia and they successfully diagnosed, while other places failed to do so. They also accept us faster than other places so that’s very helpful. If your pet has an ongoing issue, they will see you sooner. Never felt dismissed and they had great communication on the phone and email pre & post visit.

I took my dog to this hospital for years, I highly trusted this vet. My 11-year-old dog developed a Chronic cough last September. I took him in got him x-rays, blood test and the vet told me everything looked good it was probably just allergies. I did everything for my dog, daily recommended allergy medication, I bought an air purifier, Got a plastic cover for my mattress to protect him from mattress, borne allergens still the cough, persisted. The vet was well aware of a pre-existing heart murmur, and never once suggested considering heart medication for the murmur. After nearly a year and repeat visits for his chronic cough I finally took him to a different vet. The new Vet Reviewed the X-rays taken by CENTER CITY vet and was very quickly able to identify the enlargement of his heart on one side Causing the stage 4 murmur. My pet last saw a center of city vet back in May For his chronic cough But still, the vet couldn’t peace together with all of the information he had gathered over the last several years that the chronic cough was due to the heart murmur that was identified years prior. The owner of this veterinary hospital refused to refund me for all of the visits where I was sent home with nothing but recommendations for repeat work. More x-rays, more panels, more tests When all the information was there from the jump. I watched my dog suffer from a failing heart for a year because of this veterinary clinic. Everyone here is super nice, but I feel wholeheartedly that these vets are ill equipped and taking your pet here may put them in a life-threatening situation like it put mine.
