This was our first appointment at AMC. Mr. Wags reaction to being there speaks volumes more than more my words can express. He was relaxed and comfortable in the lobby/waiting area as well as in the exam room with Dr. Nathan Truitt and our tech Jenna. They did a wonderful job of making me and Wags feel welcome and calm. Dr. Truitt took the time to answer all of my concerned pet parent questions and put my mind at ease. The office is warm and welcoming and the reception and front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking for a Veterinary home and feel like we may have found this in AMC!

The staff and vets are all commited to offering the best individualized care possible for each pet. The visit is empathetic and focused on your pet's experience by crafting an envirnment that helps reduce their stress (which helps yours). The staff offer solutions that help conserve resouces, when possible, with your personal and financial situation in mind. The conversation is respectful and nonjudgmental. I travel 40+ minutes each way to see Dr. Klein and the team (with 2 vets literally within 2 miles of my home) because of the relationship I have with this office and excellent care Animal Medical Center consistently extends to me and my pet.

I have been treated with emphathy and respect. I may lose my best friend due to lack of income soon, but these vets appear to care more about a person's only source of a family, comfort, and companionship. My rescue is my best friend. He is my reason to keep living until I am homeless...thanks to a wonderful staff and vet for their assistance in making my four-legged child comfortable which is my concern, doing my best to keep my emotional support pet well. I had recently gotten my new fur baby due to my Aunt’s death. He has high anxiety and stress. He was having an issue with his anal glands and luckily I was able to get him in to see the Animal Medical Center team due to an appointment cancellation. He was terrified as he has been through so much, but the staff and Dr Nate were amazing with him. He was treated for an anal gland abcess and the teams bedside manners with him were wonderful. When I arrived they helped to get him into an exam room immediately to alleviate some of the stress. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable team for veterinary care. Thank you Animal Medical Center! 2nd Visit- The entire team at Animal Medical Center is phenomenal- it is clear they are true animal lovers! My dog has anxiety and after only 2 visits he is becoming comfortable with his visits and the staff are wonderful with him. Dr Nate is absolutely the best. My fur baby is adjusting and at ease. Dr Nate takes time to help his visit be less stressful and to build a rapport with him. I cannot express how much this means. Excellent experience for me and my dog! Thank you!
