I am incredibly grateful to URvet Care Midtown Medical Center and their amazing team. After a very stressful situation at another clinic just days before my flight, I was overwhelmed and worried I wouldn’t be able to travel with my dog. URvet Care stepped in, reviewed everything carefully, and handled the international health certificate process quickly and professionally. They were organized, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, kind and understanding during a very emotional time for me. They kept me informed, moved fast, and made what felt impossible actually happen. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion.

Finally in the green zone with my 1y8m cat Leo after his first urinary issue which led to life threatening blockage this past month. My rating is a 5 because URvet saved Leo's life. 4 days into antibiotics, Leo still seemed in pain, low energy, and hiding more than usual. Next morning he couldn't walk, so I called and rushed over, and they immediately took him in and placed him into emergent life care. Unblocking was done which was costly, but I was definitely happy with the level of care and urgency this visit showed compared to the first. By the time I left, Leo was conscious and stable and finally on track to getting better rather than just worse. The Vet I had this visit was Dr. Whittier, very professional, respectful and informative with providing me all options and updates, and the Vet Tech that worked with her, Waverly, who on multiple visits was quick to provide proper triage care to Leo and words of reassurance to me. I was educated on changes to a urinary diet, items I can purchase to reduce chances of blockage, and success/recurrence rates. 1.5 weeks into post-recovery, I ran back to the vet because Leo started bleeding in urine again, and fortunately got an exam done by Dr. Andrea Shliselberg who said Leo was perfect and that his cone was harming him more than good, she ripped it off and Leo shook happily, finally free. It was very relieving to hear from her that he's only getting better and nothing more needed to be done, and now a full 3 weeks post-recovery I can happily brag that Leo is running full speed, jumping places he shouldn't go, and even more visibily happy that he is in a home where he will be safe and continued to be cared for.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. U, Dr. Lopez, Dr. Revelas, Dr. Sikorski, Dr. Witter, and Dr. Shliselberg for saving Charlie’s life. Dr. U immediately recognized Charlie was having a diabetic emergency and went into action to save him. Everything was clearly explained and Charlie was so well taken care of. Everyone was so kind, caring, and helpful. Ashley took special care of Charlie and understood his personality. The front desk helped me figure out a great payment plan and now after four nights in their care, Charlie is home, happy, and healthy!

I got my little kitten today after I went to a horrible place that only care about money, dr witten was more than amaizing with us and also the lady in the front desk. I called really desperate looking for an urgent surgery, she was nice and helpful even taking with me in the phone before arriving. She took care of my cat and try to make the less damage possible. They even refund us half of the bill cause he didn’t need to stay the night. It was a mixing to find a place like this. Thank u team

I just went to UR Vet Care to have my cat put to sleep and they were so wonderful and professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this Vet Care facility far and above the ASPCA and the Humane Society. They’re located at 252 E. 57th St. They made what could’ve been a very very sad experience something I will never forget in a good way I especially want to point out the owner. She was absolutely lovely.
