Upon check in with help from Rhonda we were greeted with a calm Beautiful smile and shown to a room for our cat Smokey . Next we were attended by Merrylin and Dr Kristin Serrano , who took such good care of our kitty . They listened and explained every step and tests they thought would be necessary to give us the answers needed to help our 😻. They went over the costs in detail and upon our consent and agreement performed the needed tests on site and took care of our sweet senior cat . Smokey was so calm and relaxed throughout our visit and process . We were so appreciative of the time they took with us and their caring patience and gentle care of Smokey. Thank you to today’s whole team. 🙏🏻😻👍🏻 Note the reservation of an appointment on line and check in once there was smooth quick and seamless . What a clean beautiful facility …. We were very impressed and highly recommend using Urgent Vet at Ballantyne and many kudos to Dr. Serrano and her team Smokey was so calm at ease . Thank you 😊

We love having a friendly, caring, and competent place to go when our vet isn’t available! The staff is always warm and welcoming here. But beyond that, they are knowledgeable and get us in and out relatively quick. There have been a few times we’ve had to wait in a room, but the wait is nothing like an emergency vet would be. The rooms are clean and sometimes they play calming music for you and your pet! And we always appreciate the call we get a few days after our visit to check on how our pup is doing.

I first took my Yorkie to the Urgent Care Vet after a dog fight. They were so caring and informative and helpful that I was really comfortable with the care. I’ve just returned to Charlotte and didn’t have a primary vet so this was a nerve wracking experience that went extremely well. I took her back for stitch removal today and I’m just as impressed as the first visit. I’m so thankful that Charlotte has a facility like this.
