I took my dog Katy to this clinic, and I truly want to thank them for the amazing care we received. From the front desk to the doctor and the entire staff, everyone treated us with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. 🐾💛 They made me feel calm during a very stressful time while I was worried about my little girl’s health. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were always professional and supportive. I genuinely consider this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. 🥹 Thank you so much for taking such good care of Cathy and for all your support. I’m very grateful. 🙏✨

I brought my 1 year old kitten Spyro here after he received a differential diagnosis of ringworm at his primary vet a few weeks ago. Spyro has on antibiotics for 3 weeks and wasn’t responding to treatment. He was scheduled for a biopsy and other tests to figure out what’s going on 2 weeks out at our primary vet but due to Spyro not responding to the medication and declining rapidly I felt he needed it much sooner. I called my primary vets after-hours number and they referred me to Access Veterinary Care. I called Access early on a saturday morning right as they were opening and I was anxious about getting Spyro the care he needed, i did not expect a same day service. Access was so validating, calm, understanding and offered to have me bring Spyro in that same day for his biopsy and tests. My experience at Access was amazing. All the staff were very communicative, very sweet and do a great job on educating pet parents on their pets health. The surgery and tests for Spyro ended up being absolutely affordable and was the lowest quote i was offered. I expected it to be around $1,000 and it only ended up being $700. I even bought a baby onesie to put on Spyro to protect his skin going home and the vet techs even offered to put it on him for me which I found to be super sweet and not something i expected of them. They treated Spyro with so much love and care and I cant thank them enough. I also want to add Access sent all the treatments and things we did to my primary vet which also will greatly help Spyro’s future treatment. I can’t express this enough, Access is an amazing Veterinary Care place, and i can’t recommend them enough. If you’ve ever been referred to Missions Animal Hospital and have a tough time getting a hold of anyone there or getting an appointment, i highly recommend giving Access a chance. I personally would refer others to Access for any kind of care ♡

Let me start off by letting u know my pets are my life! They aren't just animals to me. They are my everything! I have always had the BEST care for all my pets here! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pets here! They not only make sure your pet is comfortable, they make sure you are as well! They also have urgent care which has been helpful in many situations for me. I have NVR left here feeling over charged or like they were all about $$$ they are all about making sure your pet is in great hands and helping your pet get well! I also like the fact they ask u if there are any specific tests u are looking to have done. This has been a HUGE problem for me at other vets. I know my pets. So I have an idea of what I think is wrong. I recently spent over $400 on tests I knew my dog didn't need & I left tht vet with no answers as to why my dog was so sick. Because they insisted on running tests tht I already knew were going to be no help and come back negative. So for me tht was something I was glad to see on there urgent care questionnaire. I have had some awful experiences with alot of different vets! I've even had a vet kick my dog after sedation before having her put down. Tht was by far my worst experience in any clinic! So be careful not everyone in the field actually love the job! Prices are fair. Even with the small increase. Well worth every dollar when it comes to your pet. But they also have lots of resources if you need further treatment or care tht u can't afford & they helped me get another dog care I NVR could have done without the help of the care team here! This clinic is amazing as well as all of the staff here! I can't say enough wonderful things about all of the ppl working here! I had fast check in , fast check out! And great care for my sick dog. I was in & out. Not an all day trip to the vet like I expected. I loved the tech! She was just a doll! And the vet was also great! Very knowledgeable & not burnt out! Young staff tht show the same love for your pet as you do !! I will continue care for my pets with Access !! Thank you everyone here for all your great care u gave Miley yesterday! U all were absolutely wonderful! WE APPRECIATE ALL U DO !! I LOVE THIS CLINIC & STAFF GO ABOVE & BEYOND! UR PETS COULDNT BE IN BETTER HANDS! THEY DEFINITELY EARNED ALL 5 STARS!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the staff at access vet care. They were the only vet that was able and willing to provide our cat Freddy care in his final hours. Though the outcome was not what we'd hoped for, everyone was very sincere, caring, and compassionate throughout the whole process. Thank you all for helping us through this terribly difficult loss of our loved one.

This one should correct things. : Hazel, a female American Bulldog–Terrier mix, needed someone to care for and love her. One day, when a door was left open, she slipped outside and ran across a busy street toward her favorite pond. Tragically, she was struck by a pickup truck and suffered a severe tailbone injury. Through my friend at the Leech Lake Tribal Police Pets for Life program and the Red Lake Four Winds organization, I was connected with Access Veterinary Care. From the moment I scheduled her appointment, their team showed incredible sensitivity, concern, and compassion. That care carried through her surgery — where Hazel was also spayed — and continued until she returned home. Thankfully, Hazel was able to keep her little tail. Today she is back home, wagging her stub with joy, surrounded by people who love her dearly. Along the way, she also found new friends who helped her heal. Thank you, Access Veterinary Care, for the outstanding care you provide to pets and their owners. I will gladly share my experience and encourage others to support such a wonderful organization.
