Luna (Sim) always has a great experience here! They are timely with our visits, and the offices and reception area are clean. Dr. Jeff and all staff were informative, attentive, and they try their best to make sure she is feeling comfortable, and have a good positive experience at the vet. We’ve been going to this vet for 10 years. Ten. After today’s checkup, we will finally stop. We even moved an hour away and still kept coming in. We had such wonderful experiences up until their vet turnover, expansion, and price issues started. We loved Dr. Henry and stayed with her, but after she left, we transitioned from vet to vet. The price continues to become exorbitant with each passing year—their pricing is at least 50% above market rates for any nearby competing vet. We were willing to pay that price, assuming we would receive the same care and attentiveness we had received over the last 10 years, but the quality of the visits has decreased, and the quality of the staff is also poor. Their technicians are unaware and a bit clumsy during visits. This new push to constantly medicate my animals every time we bring them in is also absolutely ridiculous. While I understand the no-fear policy, a positive experience is significant to me, but this screams laziness on the staff’s part. The combination of these issues breaks my heart. A decade of loyalty to this place is shattered when animal care becomes a money-making scheme.

We used to love this place and went for the past 3 years. A couple other dog parents also went here and we started hearing that they’ve been pushing Gabapentin for their dogs to be seen and had moved onto other vets because they weren’t comfortable with drugging their dog every time they had to go to the vet. I thought maybe they had anxious dogs, but our last visit we had the same experience. My dog has always loved going to this clinic. This time the doctor seemed rushed and told us that since our dog had an allergic reaction to one vaccine 3 years ago, we had to give her allergy meds for every vaccine and since I didn’t give her meds (since we were getting different vaccines) they would give her an allergy shot instead. This was the first time I’d heard that she needed allergy medication for every vaccine. When I told them she isn’t allergic to the vaccine she’s supposed to get this time, they said they cannot give her the vaccine without the allergy shot. Then before my dog started licking the mat, the doctor stuck her with the needle and my dog screamed and jumped up. They said the allergy shot needs to go in the muscle so it hurts. After that my dog was very wary of being touched and started cowering behind me. They told me if she continues to be anxious, she’ll need Gabapentin to be seen. They told me that the recent issues with her paws were environmental allergies and she needs allergy shots for life even though I told them we recently switched her food and pushed back that I wanted to try ruling out food allergies first. I continued to push back and they prescribed a bag of hypoallergenic food instead. It’s very disappointing to have had such good care from this place for the past 3 years, to now feel like they are pushing medication on us It’s also tough to see my dog now going to a new vet with hesitation after this incident when she’s always been excited to go.

The veterinarian was very professional and well educated. He's clearly a veterinarian because it's his passion. The front staff and vet techs were friendly and professional. They loved Cora and gave her plenty of treats and a new cat toy! The entire staff was friendly and truly loved Cora. Even though another location was closer to my house, I contemplated continuing to reschedule so I could continue to go to that location! I truly loved them. The veterinarian
