We started taking our three cats to here this year and I am so thankful that we found them. Our girls Eleanore and Margot had a very affordable, thorough routine checkup. Dr. Marisa Wlodek-Roesner took her time with the girls and was super friendly. The visit was $600 less than their visit last year which felt very rushed and cold. Augie has some urinary issues which have been complex and stressful for him and us. Dr. Olsen, Dr. Key and Dr. Mitchell have taken such good care of him. He has a lot of anxiety and everyone is so patient and kind. They always call to check in on him and even called to check on him after he had to go to the emergency vet and stay for two days. They have gone above and beyond to fit him in twice as well. The support staff is absolutely incredible as well. Everyone is kind, supportive and so caring. I am so thankful to have a vet we can trust 100% and count on during challenging times.

I transferred over to Ravenswood Animal Hospital because it was closer to my new home, and I am very impressed with all the staff and the service. The front desk was so friendly and welcoming, the vet tech and veterinarian were friendly, welcoming, nice to my pup, and educated me a lot about everything during the appointment. I am glad I found this place! Love it

10/10 My dog had surgery yesterday and the second I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and they knew exactly who Gnocchi was! As a nervous dog mom it was very comforting with how nice the staff is! Michaela is Dr. Niki’s assistant and I can’t rave enough about her. She was so kind made me laugh and made a nervous dog mom walk out of that office with a smile on my face because I knew he would be okay! Dr. Niki did an amazing job like I said she did the surgery yesterday and this morning the dog was at 90% his happy self this morning. 💕💕 I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet. Appreciate everyone there.

10/10 cannot recommend a better vet to you. I have a 4 year old French bulldog with some typical Frenchie issues so it is extremely important for me to have a thorough vet. I switched to Ravenswood after asking a good friend for a recommendation after having a not so great experience at another Chicago based vet clinic. I cannot express how happy I have been with the staff at Ravenswood- from the front desk to the wonderful tech that took over an hour with us at our first visit and Dr. Olson who has been so kind, patient and extremely thorough in combing through my dogs past medical records and getting a solid plan in place to help my guy. I thank Ravenswood from the bottom of my heart and am excited to be a part of their wonderful clinic. Thank you
