I couldn't get an appt with my regular vet which turned out to be a wonderful thing to happen to me because I have found a much much better vet for all my animals! I'm an animal rescuer and I have a dog of my own and I had been going to another vet for about 20 years for all of my services. My regular vet had been taken over by a private equity firm and everything about it became awful. I hated to go there. So when I called for a same day appt, of course they didn't answer (because they are terrible) but I had been to Animal Advocate many years before so I called them in a bit of a panic for one of my out side cats and was so pleased that they answered! 1) Not only did they answer, but 2) ) The person answering the phone was so friendly 3) They had a same day appt, 4) Were willing to be flexible if I didn't catch the (outdoor) cat for the appt, and 5) Welcomed me in with smiles (unlike my previous vet). They then 6) Called me in right at the appt time, 7) Listened to all my concerns about my cat, took him back and did all the things he needed, 8) Then the doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was concerned about price and so 9) They honored those concerns by offering services that my cat really needed rather than services that weren't as essential. And, 10) The pricing was great! I am DEFINITELY switching from my current vet to this wonderful vet office! Oh, and they have free parking! If you want a friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, caring vet for your beloved fur baby, this is it!

Love all of the staff here. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they really care about your animal(s) health. We bring both of our cats here and now our new puppy as well! Highly recommend, and open on Saturdays! Super easy to get an appointment or just stop by to pickup medication if needed.

I just cannot say enough positive things. The doctors know me and my dog. They go above and beyond. My pup is hard and going to the vet is hard for him but everyone in the office is so patient, kind, and understanding. You never feel like a bother, they are generous with their time. We are so lucky to have stumbled upon Animal Advocate.

Completely amazing facility from the moment I called to set up my first appointment with Kylie, & taking my information for my pup, to the sit down portion of the visit with Dr. Clay-Smith & Lela who made me feel extremely welcome. The attention they gave Xinny (my doggo) was top notch as well. I was also able to speak with the director Dr. Melanie about how their facility is ran & what an astounding job everyone is doing, also to learn they’re expanding to be able to service more of their community. I can see why, because once you’ve entered these doors I’m sure it’ll be pretty impossible to leave without wanting to make this your personal vet. Looking forward to our next visit here.
