Dr. Hoppe and the staff were so helpful for my wife and I last night. Our beloved 9 year old Siberian husky was repeatedly vomiting yesterday (we believe he ate something off the ground he shouldn't have!) and the team at UrgentVet took care of our guy at 10pm. They listened carefully to absolutely everything we told them, down to the most minute detail, and then gave us a very pragmatic and honest range of options. We opted to go with a treatment consisting of an injection and a round of pills to get his bowels moving again, in combination with a bland diet. The thought was to monitor and see how he responded to the treatment, so that we could then evaluate his condition more closely without the immediate need for x-rays, bloodwork, etc. (Aside from the vomiting, our boy was behaving normally, which only made it all the more confounding.) Dr. Hoppe provided us with the medicine and food to get through the weekend, and a crystal clear plan of action if things went south. As of today, our husky is acting his old self again, eating and drinking, and no further vomiting since we left the clinic. It's looking more and more like the team at UrgentVet saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses, when it would have been all too easy for another clinic to have taken advantage of us worried pet parents so late in the evening. And through it all, they were nothing but kind and compassionate. No matter how things play out from here, I feel confident that we made the right choice, and were taken care of in an honest, clear-headed, and responsible way. Can't thank them enough.🙏 I think we've found our new evening & weekend vet -- highly recommended!

We were able to get in super fast around 830pm. The Vet was thorough, listened to what we had to say, and was responsive to our concerns for our Beagle. He also took time to explain and teach us. Incredible experience, got help for our buddy, they're open late, and much cheaper than ER for a non emergency.

It was great! They were quick, efficient, straight to the point. They did what needed to be done and we were out of there! And it was actually affordable compared to a ER!! I think we had Dr. Lee. Pictures of my sad sick boy ❤️❤️

My dog had a yeast infection in her ear and I was unable to get an appointment with the Vet she usually sees. They recommended I call UrgentVet. I was able to get an appointment right away. Both the Vet and the Vet Tech were very nice and professional. They were great with my dog. She responded well to both of them. They explained what was going on and gave me the treatment they recommended as well as an estimate of the cost. They took excellent care of my dog and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would 100% go there again.

Is it an urgent veterinary clinic or a car sales lot? I took my pet thinking that the reviews were accurate and that my dog would be given medication and he would get better. That was not the case. The pitch you an estimate of the cost, which is a high amount. I am a pet owner who loves my babies and felt that they were playing with my vulnerability knowing that there’s a 50/50 chance, I will pay up. The only thing they were doing was exams, some hydration, nausea injection and diarrhea medication (my pet had no diarrhea) and the consult…all for $895. We opted to not have anything and were waiting to be checked out (just pay for consult), then, here comes the vet again, trying to see how we were thinking. Once she saw that we were still unsure, she sends the next round of pricing. This time, they got us with $310 (consult, hydration and nausea). We ended up taking him in the morning to our vet. He ruled out everything Urgent vet had said, gave him medications —all for the grand price of $128 (consult, lab work, medications). My dog is now doing fine after just 1 dose of medication. There was no going back and forth, no time wasted, no high price quotes, or any playing on your vulnerability.
