Do not waste your time here. Take your pet to a real vet office. We took our dog to this vet 5/12 for an anal gland that was going to rupture. They said they drained her anal gland and that it was not abscessed or infected. We knew it was. It’s not the first time. Now on 5/13 I had to rush my dog to the animal ER for emergency surgery on her ruptured anal gland. Now she is on pain meds and antibiotics. Really a sad situation. This place will take your money and tell you that your dog is perfectly fine. I spoke to a front desk girl/tech on 5/13 and she was very nice and professional. It was the only positive in this situation other than the animal ER helping us with our dog.

Starting at the person that checked us in for our appointment to the vet tech, to the vet, everyone was kind and friendly and gentle and caring with my Milo. I left feeling safe with the staff and not judged or unwelcome as I have at a different location. They didn’t put me down or talk down on me for missing our earlier appointment and rather treated us with respect and understanding. Milo enjoyed the love and belly rubs he received. They also called to do a follow up and check to see how my baby was feeling the day after his appointment. I traveled 30 minutes to come to this clinic and will do it again in a heartbeat to assure my baby receives the care he deserves.

Was somewhat disappointed as I made an online appointment for the next day. Walked in and said there's no appointment scheduled. Was upset because my dog hadn't eaten in several days and was lethargic. I made appt for the following day, vet gave me several options on treatments. Went with home care with meds. I did get the pet insurance that the vet suggested and saved me about $300. Thankfully my dog is on the mend.

This CORPORATION pulled a bait and switch on us. Our cat needed a tooth extraction and we were quoted a price. When we went to drop him off, they quoted us $300 more than originally stated. The employees even said, "Yeah, we are very expensive now." She's then went on to recommend a charity place for the surgery... 80 miles away!! No, thank you! I will take my cat to the local, family-owned vet in my town, Johnstown. You live and learn. Do not trust the care of your pets to a CORPORATION who sees them as little dollar bills and plops them on a conveyor belt. Banfield is the Denny's of vet care. So disappointing. Hopefully the people that work there for minimum wage can one day advance to a place that can actually pay them a living wage.

Kind and loving Care was given to my 20 year-old feline. I called in and made an appointment, we may have waited five minutes after check-in and the team was friendly and knowledgeable.
