I took my cat here for a full evaluation. Dr Sebunya looked him over then they drew blood but weren’t able to collect urine that day. I hadn’t heard anything from them, went back a few weeks later for urinalysis, and also didn’t hear anything after that. A few months later, I had a funny feeling that I should get a second opinion on my cat and it was only when they called Vet’s to get his history that I found out that my cat was in late-stage kidney failure (based on the test results from Vet’s 4 months prior). So not only did they never contact me after the initial visit, but they even had a chance to go over the test results later in person when I went back and they still didn’t do so but of course they were happy to take my money. Now, 4 months later, my cat has been suffering while I had the assumption that Vet’s surely would have told me that something was severely wrong and I have to have him euthanized tomorrow. If you like your pets even a little bit, do not ever go here. If someone happens to know which veterinary licensing organization I can complain about them to, please let me know.

DON'T GO HERE!! I have a 16yr old chihuahua that has heart problems and is dieing. I have been a customer for over a decade. They have a couple of new nasty vet techs now and I said something about it so now they won't see me. After a decade of spending $ here never a problem of course it's me that's the problem. This vet has changed with the exception of Joyce the staff is awful. JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS

I took my dog in because he had a new persistent cough, and although they had no other customers or cars in their parking lot they turned us away. I drove to the nearest veterinary urgent care clinic but my dog died as soon as I arrived. The Vet’s Animal Hospital could have helped but chose not to do so. If you love your pet, please go somewhere else. This hospital will come up as urgent care on a Google search. They do not provide urgent care services. They will let your beloved pet die with no problem whatsoever if you go there for urgent care.

UPDATE: ⸻ I have brought multiple pets to this veterinary clinic over two decades, and they have cared for this dog her entire life. On recently, I brought my 14-year-old dog in for a routine teeth cleaning. They contacted me about removing a benign skin tag, and I approved it based on the minimal information that it would cost a small amount. However, they did not make it clear that my dog had already come out of anesthesia in the interim and that she would need to be put back under for the removal. As a result, what I thought was a minor procedure led to a second round of anesthesia for my elderly dog, causing extra stress and additional costs. I feel this was a breach of trust in the care they are expected to provide. Therefore, I will not be returning to this clinic and advise others to ensure they have full clarity on all procedures. —— Still the best and always dependable. We have taken our pets (dogs and cats) to The Vets animal hospital for decades. The entire vet staff is compassionate and love animals. They are kind, caring, professional and honest. Today it's hard to find a talented veterinarian who is also reasonable and will give you reliable options for your pets care without trying to take advantage of you. If that's what you're looking for, you've found it in The Vets.

Been looking for a new vet and this is just what we needed. They were timely in scheduling my appt, the staff from the front desk to the techs were very nice. They were kind to my pets and didn't push a bunch of nonsense. We'll be coming back.
