We were lucky enough to find Dr.German a year ago. Our great dane was diagnosed with wobblers. We went to several vets and found no hope. He was on steroids, VERY overweight and could barely go on a walk around the block. Dr. German changed his life (and ours), with supplements and diet changes. He is now down over 50 lbs and cannot wait for his 30-45 minute walks. He plays again and we feel like we were given a major gift in getting our dog back! Every appointment with Dr. German is an hour and she and her staff are there for your dog. They are on the floor with them and listening to what the dog needs. To not have to stress in a waiting room is enough reason to change vets, but having them meet your animal where they are at and listen to them is invaluable. Do these dog not look so cuddleable? Well the Black and White one (Nova) loves people but hates vets and the Brown and White one (Rusty) has massive fear aggression to where we couldn't even take him in crowded spots. The entire staff at PetVet 365 took on the challenge of helping Rusty at his pace. The happy visits built this pups trust and now he can go to the Red Rocks! This team builds trust with your dog before treating them. My wife was in tears at how well he has taking to them. What's the catch you ask? What is the cost? What if I told you it is FREE! This office offers "happy visits" which are meant to get your dog accustomed to the staff, the tools, and the techniques. This way when they actually do have an appointment your special someone is in the hands of someone they trust. We go every week on the weekend. It could take 15 min or longer. It just depends on the boundaries of the dog. This way when you do have to pay for a check up, procedure, or exam you know when your pup or cat sees them they feel like they are in their own owner's hands. We are life long clients of this place for as long as we live in Denver. We wish all vets were like this. Thank you PetVet 365!

Exceptional! Everything about this vet clinic is different than you’ve ever experienced. The exam room is warm and inviting similar to a living room room at home. No metal examining table, but a comfy couch with lots of pillows, plus toys for dogs to play with. My dog gets very nervous going to the vet. Within a short period of time, she calmed down and laid down next to me. By the time we were done, she was paying more attention to the staff than me and wagging her tail. The exam was thorough and the discussion about her care was detailed. I scheduled the appointment expecting the next step to be scheduling surgery with a geriatric dog that may not make it through anesthesia. I appreciated the candidate conversation with conservative options of care, and a follow up visit in 30 days recommended to start. If you were considering a new vet, I would highly recommend PetVet365!

A total 180: From car-side panic to dragging me into the vet's office PetVet365 University has been a total game changer for Sky and me. Sky used to be so terrified of vet visits that she would fight to stay in the car. The stress caused days of physical pain, spasms, and a devastating cycle where her fear of the vet became a fear of all strangers. Even when sedated, injections and blood draws were nightmares. Following a recommendation, we started "happy visits" with this Fear-Free practice. They worked patiently, using treats and positive reinforcement to get her comfortable with equipment and being touched. They always let her choose to engage and never insisted, with the goal of getting her ready for a much-needed dental and sedated nail trim. The work paid off: - Procedure Prep: By the time her dental came around, she handled the injections like a pro. Max (vet tech) even did a blood draw with just me in the room—no strong holds needed! - Dental Procedure Plus: They propped her body with many towels to minimize post procedure joint stiffness, filed her nails all the way vs just clipping the tips, and checked out an eye that had been bugging her. - Recovery: They brought her right out to the “living room” (all their rooms are set up like living rooms—no metal tables or slippery floors) to recover with me. She curled up on the sofa next to me as if we were at home. - No Flare: The last time she was anesthetized elsewhere, she had a big GI upset that lasted weeks and such an increase in body pain it broke my heart. This time? No GI upset at all and only minimal, unavoidable stiffness thanks to their anesthesia protocol, towels, and the safety she felt throughout. The real proof came when we went back for a happy visit after surgery—Sky actually dragged me to the door to get inside! Though she was a little hesitant about being touched again at first, the trust Max built paid off, and she was at ease by the end of the visit. I have to give a call-out to specific staff members: - Max: I will never be able to thank Max enough. He put in consistent effort over many weeks, skillfully executing and leading Sky’s comfort protocol. She took to him instantly; he is the reason that this procedures went so well for Sky, and he’s made it possible for us to start her new pain management injections with ease. - Dr. German: Her expertise in integrative medicine is a massive value-add! The care she took to gently but securely hold Sky when the catheter was inserted—without the previous strong holds and high fear we are used to—left me speechless and moved my heart. - Dr. Erdman: The first vet Sky has ever been completely at ease with. I am blown away by the time she spent just hanging out with Sky during our happy visits. Sky 100% trusts her and sees her as a buddy to chill with. Mic drop! - Larissa: Sky absolutely adores her! I am so thrilled Sky found another soul here that she warmed up to so quickly. This team masterfully brings fear-free methods, top skill, and extensive knowledge together. I continuously recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet or who works in the pet industry. The Verdict for other “Scaredy Dog” owners: Before PetVet365, I was at a breaking point. I took my beloved special needs kitty to Dr. German to talk with her about holistic options. He has to have medication occasionally, but I wanted other options to keep him comfortable in between dosages. The clinic is warm and inviting, the design is beautiful and each room feels like someplace I wouldn't mind hanging out in. Dr. German is extremely knowledgeable, and she made the entire visit peaceful for both me and my cat. We have some options to try out, and I feel confident bringing him back to her for continued care. I highly recommend this beautiful practice!
