Amazing experience start to finish. We found a sweet little 4 year old Basset hound Bonnie had a infected tooth. Our normal vet couldn't get us in for Dental till January. We called SF Vet at 3:30 and had a appointment at 4:30 same day, then scheduled surgery for Friday and they took great care of Bonnie and my wife....lol. Rachel at the front desk is Spectacular she comforted my wife and Dr Gill was so good and on point. Thank you SF Vet

First time here for my dog’s stomach issues and the staff was very kind and helpful! Jamie was sweet with my dog and in turn my dog also had a calm experience. I would recommend to any friends looking for an easy and transparent vet experience.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. We scheduled an appointment months in advance, only to receive a call 15 minutes before the appointment saying the doctor was not available — and it was delivered with attitude, as if none of it was their fault. The second incident was just as bad. They told us to come pick up our pet’s medicine, so I went the next morning. When I arrived, they couldn’t find it, and instead of taking responsibility, they threatened to call the cops. Completely unbelievable. All the credit goes to Rachel, the worst front-desk person I’ve ever dealt with. She showed attitude, no empathy, and never offered an apology for their repeated mistakes. Overall, very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this place at all I can’t wait to be done with this horrible experience.

They've been great every time in the past (including the last visit in Jan 2025), though when I came 9 months later, the cost of the services/medications I received jumped 35%, (cytopoint $199 to $270, in 9 months!) and they also charged $57 for an anal gland expression (absolutely absurd of a cost, I should have asked prior but they whisked the dog away and left me alone in the waiting room rather quickly). While I definitely understand the rising cost of living, that's quite a significant jump and there was no indication prior to the services provided that the cost would be so much higher than it had been every time prior. On top of that, it seemed to be rather hectic when we went in; I had an appointment for something simple and it took the team almost an hour from when I walked in to when I actually paid (factoring in the fact that the team member gave me my dog back and then walked into the backroom, leaving me standing there waiting to pay so I could go). Overall frustrated at the significant cost increase without any heads up, combined with astoundingly poor service; it's time to find a new vet. I appreciate your team's help in the past with my dog- getting him the needed treatments has helped him tremendously but it can be done at other locations. Hopefully at not such a high cost, or if it is, hopefully with a more transparent vet on pricing. I wish you all the best, thank you again.

Amazing experience with Julia! She was so caring with our baby Sampa! Listened carefully to every detail! Tysm! Christine is also amazing! She’s been our nurse many times and love how caring and supportive she is!! Today Dr Dogra helped us and he was really nice, we felt confident about his treatment and diagnosis. The only vet we did not have a good experience with in this clinic was Dr Sohi, which didn’t fully explain the diagnosis or suggested treatment so we did not feel confident about his recommendations. Except for him, amazing clinic with caring staff!
