Truly truly incredible! Dr Chapel and the whole staff are amazing. I feel we are in such good hands for Sadie (my sisters dog). I wish I could give more stars! Our experience today was wonderful. First of all, the facility is super clean with extra touches all over that make it feel more homey. Some people might not care about that sort of thing but I always look at it as extra care and intention being put into everything which makes a big difference for me. As soon as we walked in we were surprised how relaxed our dog was — she's normally very nervous, especially at the vet, but she was so at ease and walking right up to everyone for pets. The entire team was amazing — super lovey and patient with our pup, communicated everything really clearly, just good energy all around. We originally planned to do several tests but after the first test Dr. Chapel felt confident about diagnosis and didn't press us to do extra stuff, so we didn't even spend as much as were prepared to. (In general, pricing was super comparable to other facilities we've been to, even though the experience is next level and I feel like they could definitely charge a premium if they wanted to). Dr. Chapel spent so much time with us explaining my dog's test results, her heart condition, how exactly it affects the body, each medication she was recommending, and what each medication does to help. Best veterinary experience we've ever had. Thank you so much

I cannot overstate state how amazing this place is. The staff is fantastic and Dr. Chapel is a gem. I was incredibly nervous bringing my darling fur baby Marigold there for an echocardiogram. Marigold HATES the vet. He gets so distressed. This was a completely different experience and he did so well there. Brianna at the front desk was so welcoming and made us feel relaxed. She clearly does an amazing job coordinating everything in that office. Dr. Chapel really took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. The staff Banesa and Daisy were so good to Marigold. They treated him as if he was their own- Banesa and Marigold had a snuggle fest! This place truly cares for not only animals but the pet parents as well. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

Amazing care. I am so happy to have been referred to Dr. Chapel by my vet. One of the best practitioners I have partnered with. Nurse and front desk also top notch. So much detailed information was provided during the ultrasound, Dr. Chapel was so thorough in sharing information in terms I could easily understand. Highly highly recommend!!!!!

They’re great! Dr. Emily came highly recommended from our boy’s regular vet at The Cat Hospital in MDR. She was very good at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it, and what is typical of cats (our boy is a Siberian, so not so run of the mill). She also made sense of the cardiac lab values as they relate to other issues cats can have such as lowered kidney function, etc. Lastly, she didn’t recommend over-testing, as it wouldn’t be appropriate for our cat’s situation. We will continue to monitor and get another EKG in a year’s time. The staff absolutely loved our boy and I think all of them came over to say hello since he’s a very handsome and large Siberian Cat.
