Dr. Lily’s compassion, love, and genuine care for me as a human being are something I will never forget. She is truly an angel—sent to help both me and my Janko. Janko and Roxy absolutely adore all of you. From the moment we walk in, we feel at home. Karen, who greets Janko and Roxy and speaks Spanish, is simply amazing—there truly are no words to fully express how loving and caring she is. I feel the same about Royce; the warmth and kindness shown to my pups (and to me) mean everything. Dianne is incredibly caring and always there to answer my questions and help whenever I need it. And last but certainly not least, Lyndsey—thank you for being so polite and for maintaining such kindness and composure, even when I was unhinged. That will never be forgotten. I am deeply grateful to all of you. I am so thankful I found this amazing place that truly cares and uses holistic approaches for my puppies’ needs. Dr Lily and her team provide the kind of compassionate, expert and integrative pet care that we as humans can only dream of. And the Concierge program is just amazing! Dr Lily has formed a community of animal lovers who support each other as well as their pets. The opportunity to learn different holistic modalities has been so enriching. And the care of my two fur babies could not be better. My two boxer dogs start squirming with excitement as we get nearer to the clinic- which is like going to someone’s house! Animals and humans are listened to and respected. We are so grateful that Dr Lily and her team are in our lives.

Dr. Gaby has played a pivotal role in Fiona's recovery and overall improvement in health. Initially, Fiona was struggling with pain, limping, and was overweight. The care and treatment provided by Dr. Gaby have been remarkable. Her professionalism, combined with a sense of humor, makes every visit enjoyable not just for me but for Fiona too. Fiona now looks forward to her appointments, showing how much she loves the place and the people there. Thanks to Dr. Gaby and her team, Fiona has undergone a complete transformation. Dr. Lily Chen is the best!! Very happy that she has been our integrative vet this year. My Lulu has been in remission with IMHA since last summer of 2023. We found Dr. Chen and her amazing skills with integrative medicine. She has been monitoring/recommending plant based diet and supplements and working alongside with ur internal medicine veterinarian. She just was tested today and passed with flying colors. Our internal medicine vet told us that whatever we have been doing with Lulu's diet and supplements keep going! So happy for my Lu and happy with our internal med doc and very happy with Dr. Chen and her practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Lulu in her golden years!

I brought my dog to Integrative Pet Wellness center for a lingering illness. I knew from the moment I walked into their office I was in the right place. The energy upon entry is amazing . Customer service was kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Dr . Chen is extremely zen and well educated in her field. I trust her completely. My 109lb dog trusts her too. Integrative Pet Wellness is a treasure to me. I am so very happy my dogs have Integrative Pet Wellness Center and Dr. Chen.
