Professionally carries out PT, Accupuncture, and Treadmill therapy with care as if the pets were their own.The doctors, are patient, careful and caring. The Therapists, Juan, Sam,Nickolas and more are exceptional. My dog loves to be treated by them. The receptionists are sooo caring, kind and supportive. Tea Roses to Beanka who such a kind and caring person who greets you by name and takes the time to carefully schedule my visits.

My 1 year old foster dog was attacked in the facility! He had to have emergency surgery which lasted until 10:30 that night . They would Not pay for transport so I had to pick him up from Orange County to LA after already doing it once that day for no reason as he was attacked. The surgery has limited his recovery. They did not fully reimburse the rescue and as it turns out another dog was attacked 2 days after ours. In my opinion they were very nonchalant and uncaring .people were literally walking through a pool of my dogs blood at the door and I had to ask them to clean it up. I would never recommend them as they also seem to have made faulty recommendations and attempted to build the bill, so we had to restart PT in Costa Mesa after his semi recovery. Not so caring CARE. 👎

Disappointing and extremely overpriced facility. Ignored physical issues caused by their treatments for my dog and refused to provide the requested treatment to address his issues. We had to repeatedly tell them to not perform acupuncture on our dog after multiple incidents of drawing blood and him yelping in pain. The staff was repeatedly rude and often ignored us when checking in or attempting to check out. It was clear they viewed us as less important compared to their white clients. One staff member took it upon himself to criticize my pronunciation of my own name and make fun of my wife’s name on each visit! We also had multiple issues with receiving the correct medication including multiple incidents of receiving another patient’s prescription instead of my dog’s, which could’ve led to catastrophic consequences had we not noticed. The receptionist then blamed us and refused to offer a refund for the medication we did not receive until we escalated the situation to a supervisor. I would not take my dog back here and would recommend you do the same.

They consistently ignored what my dog needed and pushed for acupuncture instead of aqua therapy. The acupuncture was inappropriately done and my dog cried out in pain on more than one occasion during it. Instead of listening to me, the therapist Juan thought it was more appropriate to repeatedly make fun of my first name. When my husband took my dog instead of me, Juan brought up how “weird” my name was to him even after being asked to stop. The white clientele was treated completely different to my husband and I, who are both Latino. On more than one occasion, the (extremely rude) receptionists charged me for a partial order of my dog’s prescription and would argue with me when I asked for the entire amount. The vets will also advocate for useless, expensive procedures to get as much money as they can out of their clients. There are much better rehab facilities than this horrible place.

Can’t recommend CARE enough! The staff is top notch and truly care about the dogs they work with. Dr Polkowski and every single staff member have been amazing with my American Bulldog. They are thorough and take the time to work with your pup, whatever the injury or condition may be.
