I will skip my normal vet, and go straight here. It was 100% the experience I was expecting. Great procedure, brilliant doctors. They are above in education and experience than in most places. Evaluation of our sotuation with our Shih Tzu Plum was honest, straight forward, and made sense. Everyone in this office is professional and caring. I would highly recommend them 💯 %

This place is amazing. My dog had injured his tail in the early morning hours. I contacted them and they were able to answer my questions and evaluate my dog on arrival. We did have to wait a bit after his evaluation but the front desk was so accommodating. They checked on me repeatedly and even gave us an area not occupied because i have a reactive dog. The doctors were informative and communicative. The entire process they updated me on my options, and what they felt was best. The didn’t try to pressure me to get anything I didn’t want or to pay for something expensive, which I was nervous about because other emergency vets have done this to me in the past. They patched my pup up and the price was more than fair. I’m grateful to them.

Our experience was excellent yesterday (Monday) around 3:30 pm. The hospital it’s located in a weird location, there is plenty of parking, and good signs directing you towards the front door. Very helpful front staff, very kind and welcoming. They had to bring a flat bed to the car because we couldn’t moved the dog comfortably. They took really good care of the dog from beginning to end. The doctor and other staff were giving us updates pretty regularly. Very clean lobby, coffee, water, and sodas are available for free! I would recommend it! Our experience was really great!

Blue Pearl Irvine is likely one of the top veterinarians in all of California. The amount of time, detail, and care provided for my pet, Biscuit, made me feel confident in the procedure and also like they genuinely cared for Biscuits health as well. This Veterinary is professional and even checked in a few weeks after surgery to see how Biscuit has progressed. 100% satisfied and happy Blue Pearl was recommended to me by a Veterinary in the Central Valley. We took my Australian Shepherd in who has stage four AGASACA to get some medication to make her more comfortable and help control her diarrhea. We had been to our family vet and an oncologist before this who could not help us. The oncologist said that they did not prescribe any long-term medication’s unrelated to surgery or radiation and our family vet said that this was way over his head. After everyone refused to help us, we were referred to Blue Pearl ER. Dr. Brown was very understanding and supportive of our situation. She conducted a full blood panel and gave us some ideas of what we could do to help her. The blood panel was around $700 but this really gave us peace of mind and knowing that we were doing the best we can to support our baby girl in her final days. We did not need to have an appointment. We just walked right in. The whole process took around 2 to 3 hours on a Friday night. I would definitely come here again if we are in the area.
